they are incapable of making an appointment and in fact only want new home installations.

They contracted with my community to get the work from the individual homeowners to complete the gutters that the developers did not cover. Once I paid them and the work was completed, rain water was splashing over the gutter and eroding my lot, so I called and asked them to look it over. It took nearly 3 weeks of broken promises to come by to install splash guards. It was a very uncomfortable experience and the owner became hostile after I got fed up and said these aren't ethical business practices. How could a company say they'll come on a certain day and just not show? This happened three times. A few months later, the splash guards were ripped out after Hurricane Irma and I called them to repair. The owner flat out told me he is not doing repairs. I told him there are 6 other homeowners that he can do similar repairs for that his company was hired to do the installation. He gave me a list of excuses, one of them being that it won't pay well enough for him to do any repairs, even to work he's done. So now the search begins for someone reputable to do some repairs for our community. This isn't a company I'd recommend or do business with in the future. Totally wasn't worth the hassle.
