I had my solar system installed in October 2018, and it has been working efficiently for the last four years. My electric bill dropped from an average of $160 per month (well over $200 during the summer) to $16 per month (now about $38 per month since FPL raised the fee for connection). The installers were quick, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. The crew boss, Chris, was not happy with the appearance of an external cable, and he returned on a Saturday to run the cable through the garage leading to a job that was aesthetically pleasing. My house was the first in our HOA that went solar; now there is at least half a dozen solar homes, Wonderful job at a good price. Ask for Chris; he is the best!

I am 100% satisfied with my window and door project. When Bill Murphy with greenhome improvement plus came to my home, I was extremely impressed. He was professional and knowledgeable. He satisfied any concerns I had regarding the window and door project. The installers are also an asset to your business. Bill was certainly correct when he promised me I was making the right decision hiring Green Home Improvement Plus!! I purchased hurricane impact windows and doors.

Mark McGrath was great!. He was very knowledgeable about the products and all the financing available. He is honest and straightforward. I had other quotes and presentations from other companies. I purchased hurricane impact windows and a garage door from Mark. I am looking forward to the installation. I am sure that Mark will be right there every step of the way.

Never use this company. I had solar panels installed in July. I had 16 panels installed and as soon as I was given access to the monitoring software I could see that 1 of my panels was producing a 5th of the power of the others. I called them and they said yes the panel has a problem. It is now 3 months later and they still have not replaced the bad panel. They keep telling me that they put in a request to the manufacturer to warranty the panel and I have to wait until they agree to warranty the pane. So they can install a bad panel and it is mine from that point on. FYI. I paid them the full amount so they could care less now about my system. I also have to constantly call them to see what their next excuse is. They never keep me in the loop about what is going on. Do not ever give them all the money until you have proved your system is working.

Customer service was excellent. Angel is an angel. Her qualities are beyond expectation. She had great patience along the way. She answers the phone nicely and makes you feel heard and follows through with what she needs to do and always gets back to you. I recommend the company to my friends. Thank you

The sale person, before signing the contract, was really nice, always answered the phone. But, after signing the contract, he would never answer, I had to call the company directly. He promised that the bill for FPL would be $25 max, now my bill start at $50 the first month and the second. Now, it is $100 a month, I call the guy but he never answers, I call the company but, they do not do anything, now my bill is FPL and the system high. It is a big lie, I sent the bill from FPL they do not do anything. I am waiting, and the bill from FPL gets getting higher. From my experience, do not install this system, it was a big mistake. Now, I have to pay the bill from FPL and the bill for the system!

The sliding glass door was ordered incorrectly resulting in a delay of approximately 2 months.

Was told it would take 8-12 weeks for installation. It took 23 weeks. No updates from company why it took so long. Installers did a good job.

GREEN HOME IMPROVEMENTS PLUS delivers on its promises and goals and holds true to the ideals of the system. We have been more than satisfied with the performance. No problems whatsoever. The system was installed in a reasonable amount of time with the company leaving an extremely neat and clean area. We are proud to recommend.

The installers came by the day before the install to make sure they had everything needed for the next day. They made us aware there would be some noise and some dust but they would move and cover all furniture as needed. We have bahama shutters but they did not have to remove them for the install. During the install they cleaned up and vacuumed the floors as they worked. They installed 10 impact windows, cleaned up and put all furniture back and were gone by early afternoon. Not long after they left, the company owner came by to make sure they had performed to his and our satisfaction. We absolutely got the best service and great quality product for a very good price. Not only did they do great work but inspector said "Theses guys did a great job". We fully recommend Green Home Improvements Plus

Had great windows put in. Unfortunately there were sime issues and repairs that still arent done.

The window install project i had with this company dragged on because of not ordering all the replacement widows at the same time a well as 2 windows came with the wrong number of locks on the sash so i had to wait even longer to finish the job. All in all they did the complete job and i do love the windows.

Company was very professional. The sales person took the time to listen to my needs and not try and sell me something I didn't need. Quote came in lower than competitors that I interviewed. The installation team completed the jobs in a single day and GHIP performed all work of getting permits and HOA approval. Another big advantage is the ability to use PACE program to pay for job via property tax assessment. Almost painless. PGT (the manufacturer) did install the "grids" on the Windows 90 degrees out of alignment, but company installed windows anyway so that we could get installation underway and then ordered the correct grids and installed them without hassle. Would recommend this to anyone wanting to get Hurricane Impact Windows for their home.

The installation was professional and easily met the intense South Florida Building Code.

Green Home Improvements Plus did an excellent job on my hurricane impact windows. I had all of the windows and doors replaced in my home and they quoted me an excellent price. Though we did have a few hiccups with securing a permit (which was not their fault), as soon as the permit came through, Howard had an amazing team of three guys come to begin work on my home. The team was extremely diligent and finished all of my windows and doors within three working days! Installation was completed on a Saturday and Inspection was scheduled for the following Tuesday. A member of the team arrived at my home on time on Tuesday to do a walk through and we passed inspection with flying colors. Great team and great working with this company. I definitely recommend Green Home Improvements Plus-- they are punctual, hardworking, highly communicative, and did a great job on my windows and doors!

So happy with my new window install.Changed the whole feel of my place.Feels so modern and updated.Everyone was efficient and professional.They finished 6 windows,a slider and a double slider in a quick 2 days.Best part they were very clean and tidy.Left no mess ! Highly recommend...... :)

The service was great from beginning to end. They installed 15 windows in one day. I was amazed. I love my new windows and doors. Before I could hear the noise (cars. dogs, barking etc .) outside, now I don't hear anything.
