Description of Work: I contacted Mr. Matt Weaver, he was out surveying several jobs and fitted stopping by my home on his route. An appointment was made for 3:00PM on 04/08/11. At 2:10 PM Mr Weaver called again and advised me that he would be able to be at my home by 2:30, ahead of schedule. Both He and His Brother Mr. Bill Weaver who is a contractor inspected what I had advised him to be a small job; replace a roofing tile which was broken at the entrance to my home, and to repair a bit of rotted wood on a piece of siding just on the eve of my home at the rear of the house. He advised me that both jobs combined approx. 150.00. He said he would locate the roofing tile and that the small joint section of rotted would could be repaired it would not be necessary to replace the entire piece. He will schedule the work or folllow call to do so shortly. They were knowledgible and their response was excellent. Very professional...I will let you know how things turn out. B.P.
