Please consider another company! I trusted Flemming based on their reviews; shame on me. They seemed professional until they required a $99.00 deposit, which I paid over the phone in order to receive a quote. I explained we do not need any "deep" cleaning or spot removal for the carpets or sofa and love seat. Elizabeth stated the cost would be between $280.00 to $320.00. I agreed. On August 31st the technician arrived; he called Elizabeth who stated the cost was now $680.00. I canceled the "job" at that point. I asked for the $99.00 deposit to be returned. Elizabeth indicated she was the decision maker, yet stated that "Rob" would return my call. He never did. My calls and emails are now blocked. They will not communicate at all. I will gladly spend $99.00 with Fleming's Carpet in order to write this review. Be aware of the printed words at the bottom of the email receipt. Please see below.

The visit was great. I have some carpet that has been laid for more than 5 years and the team restored it like brand new.The team seemed knowledgeable about the products needed for the job .I was amazed with the ending results..And i will be using this service again in the future.

It went great! Mr. James arrived promptly at my home and went over beyond what I expected. He was able to remove a stain that I tried removing several times on my own with some type of pre-treatment formula. I am truly grateful because I thought it was permanent. I appreciated his professionalism AND his company’s competitive prices. For the work that this company does, I know the prices are worth it! This is now the only place I’m choosing for carpet cleaning. I recommend them to friends and family. So if you are on the fence about choosing a place, give them a shot.

My experience with Fleming’s Carpet Cleaning Inc was the best experience ever. The staff at Fleming’s was very professional, punctual, and on time. The technician James did absolutely wonderful he did a wonderful job on tile & Grout cleaning.

Job was completed and I handed the technician my charge card for processing. I went upstairs to take photos and I noticed a red stain in the middle of the room which was about 2 inches in diameter. The technician followed me upstairs and we started to discuss the stain. He said it was rust. I asked that he attempt to remove the stain and he agreed. He insisted that I sign the charge card agreement now. I told him I would be happy to sign after he attempted to remove the stain and it should only take an additional 5 minutes. He continued to insist that I sign now stating it was company policy. I told him no again. Then, he stated stains are not included. I asked to speak with the owner and I even called the office in the hopes of resolving such a petty matter. I left a message with the office while onsite but there was no response. The technician refused to give me a direct phone number. I waited in my car hoping someone would call me back to resolve. Then, the technician moved his van behind my car and blocked me from leaving. Next, he proceeded to videotape and intimidate me. I rolled up my window and locked the doors. Finally, I decided to call the police for assistance. Once the police came, I was able to leave without incidence but the technician continues to text and harass me. A five minute stain removal turned into a one hour nightmare. I'm not real sure why he didn't just attempt to remove the stain? It would have been so much easier.

The estimate went well and the gentleman who was here was professional. The price we were given (and the $200.00 is an estimate because I can't really remember) was based on us giving them a review on Google. There was a different person who came to clean the carpets with an assistant. We pointed out stains that were on the carpet in the house that we are renting an he said that after cleaning the carpet, he would reevaluate them and try a specific heat treatment to lift them. After cleaning the carpet in record time (because it was done too fast and haphazardly) the technician let us know in no uncertain terms how cheap the carpet was, how old it was, and how dirty it was. The house is a rental, as I stated previously, and we were trying to get it in shape for our family of six to live in. The carpet was not deodorized adequately, it was left way too wet as not enough water was vaccuumed out of the carpet after it was cleaned and it took over two days to dry completely. When asked about treating the stains, I was rudely told that the technician did not have the equipment or products to do what he initially stated he would. Truly, a less than desireable outcome and really poor customer service. I was then forced to do the Google review with the technician present and while attempting to pull the Google review website up on my phone, the technician physically took the phone out of my hand, entered a Five Star rating...which the cleaning and customer service far from deserved...and stood there waiting for me to enter a glowing recommendation. Feeling intimidated, I entered "Great job." It was not, however, even close to that. Use someone else if you can.

He showed up on time, alone so moving furniture out of the way was not a choice. I had moved all items from closet floors so no problem there. He did a good job and the carpets dried in 24 hours although we put a fan in the closet.
