Fan & Lighting World

Description of Work: We went to several lighting and fan stores in the area looking for items for a home we are building. Most of the places were either understaffed--requiring us to wait a long time for service--or they seemed like they really couldn't care less that we were there. We are so happy we ended up at Fan and Lighting World. From the minute one walks in, they are greeted. There are a number of people on the floor so service is immediate. We worked with Mark, who was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He helped us with the variety of fans we needed for different rooms and the pendant lights for our kitchen island. The choice and the quality of the products carried is extremely high. We had made a mistake in the ceiling heights we provided and had to change these twice, but this seemed to be no problem for them.

Description of Work: I have a torch lamp that I bought very cheap 10 years ago. The switch did not work properly any more. As it fits perfectly where I use it, I looked in stores and on the internet for something as similar as possible, without success. When I asked Peter at Fan&Lighting World whether he had something similar, he suggested to just replace the switch. He did it within the hour for 15.00 $, and my lamp is as good as new.
