Description of Work: My ice maker was broken and I ordered a new one. The nice technician said they would call when it came in, and they did just that. The installed it the next day. They have always been on time whenever I have needed them. Everyone is very professional and I would always use them and have for 20 years.

Description of Work: We had an air conditioning issue. There was a house full of people in the heat of August. One by one they started complaining about the house being so hot. My husband did some quick research to find that the air conditioning system of only 2 years, was non-functioning. The next morning we called ECM, with whom we have a service contract. They said they would have someone over between 2 and 5 this same day. Later they called back...not much later, to tell us they were sending someone within the hour. They had a serviceman in the area. He was at the house in 1/2 hour. He told my husband about cleaning out the drain on the air conditioner, something Hubby was not doing in a timely manner...or at all. The serviceman did a thorough job in cleaning the drain as well as providing us with information about how we can stay on top of the problem ourselves. The air conditioning has run great and the husband is now aware, thanks to ECM personnel.

Description of Work: ECM replaced my total A/C system, which had crashed. We handled our project from long distance ( we live in MN ), Whole project went very smooth. Staff were on the ball, and handled all of our needs. The crew did a super job, and made sure all was well. Would highly recommend ECM for anyone's projects.

Description of Work: My 5 ton AC unit broke on a 95 degree day. ECM responded within an hour. The problem was explained and shown to us. The technician bipassed the system so that we could remain comfortably in our home for the evening. Promptly at 10AM a crew was at my home and replaced our unit. The technicians were polite, friendly and professional. They explained our new system to us. We are VERY pleased with EMC!!!!!!

Description of Work: I went through the entire summer of last year without air conditioning. I was not going to go through that nightmare again. I reached out to ECM, and sat with their representative, and agreed on a unit and a price, on a Friday. On Monday an ECM crew installed my new unit, inside and out. The crew were extremely efficient, meticulous, and professional to say the lease. Anyone considering upgrading their central air conditioning should seriously consider ECM as their company choice. I did, and I am glad I choose ECM.
