Description of Work: My air conditioner would not generate heat, only cold air so the ambient temperature in the apt was only 61 degrees. I call ECM for service and they scheduled an appointment for the next day and even moved up the time so that the appointment was earlier. The service man, Glen, arrived exactly on time and after a thorough examination of the unit, which was in the ceiling, ascertained that a "relay" was not working and replaced it. There was an immediate outpouring of heat and the problem no longer existed. He even took apart the thermostat and secured it more securely to the wall! He was geat as was his service call.

Very pleasant woman answered their phone and asked if the serviceman could come between 9 and 12 which he did. Diagnosed the problem. Needed a new disposal. He had one in his truck and immediately installed it. Problem solved.
