The installation went very well. The communication between the office and customer about specific scheduled time for arrival was not accurate. If it had been, the customer would have not been inconvenienced or rushed to be at home between 9-10 when installers came at noon. They had to pick up equipment first and this was not communicated by the office to the customer. But the installation was done well and installers were professional overall.

The men from ECM arrived on time. They laid down drop cloths from the front door to the spot of the new unit. Afterwards, they rechecked the new unit to make certain it performed perfectly, and all questions were answered. They left our home spotless. They were courtesy, neat and professional. The crew showed up on time and finished ahead of schedule. They were efficient and cleaned up when they were done. They explained every step of the way. Very friendly workers did an outstanding job. We installed a Lennox AC system and it works great. It will save on my electric bill for sure.

ECM put in a mew air conditioner for me. The workers were on time, polite, and finished the job in the time designated. Ian explained all the paperwork I needed to sign, as well as the new thermostat and some good maintenance tips. Glad I chose ECM over the other companies.

I called Monday am and someone was here by 1:00 pm, survey my a/c, it was 12 years old and he said need to replace. They are not cheap, but he was professional and explained my options. Wednesday 2 workers showed up by 9:30am to install the new a/c. They were done by 6:15p, nor sure why it took so long. But it is in and works great, they cleaned up, painted around new thermostat and wood that holds it up, & vacuum around the area. The main unit on roof, I have never been up there. The workers were fine, although I did not understand the Lang they spoke, they did know English. Overall I am pleased with everything, only been a day but I had no air from Saturday until Wednesday, it has only been a day - but living in FL, felt like I was out for a year. The initial person who came out was truly exceptional.

ECM is very easy to deal with. I called one day and the installation was the next day. The installers were polite and professional. I am very satisfied with my new air conditioner and how quickly the men worked.

We just had East Coast Mechanical come out and install a Lennox Air Conditioning unit. Their team of Installation Professionals- were fantastic- they were professional, informative, and kept all areas clea. They removed every piece of garbage, cleaned even the smallest piece of dirt and then disposed of everything so we did not have to do a thing! The unit has been working perfectly and we are thrilled to have our cool air back on! The entire process was easy and painless-thank you ECM!

The techs arrived on schedule and worked late into the afternoon until we knew the new system is working as it should. They also took special efforts to leave the place as clean as it was before they arrived. I would recommend them without hesitation..

Last week ECM installed a new A/C system in our home. The price and financing (through Home Depot Credit) were both excellent.
