The folks who answer the phones and make appointments are very accomodating.The technicians are always pleasant, prompt, neat and get the job done in a timely fashion.

All work completed as expected. Excellent service. Total replacement and i live in a high rise, so a crane was needed. All work performed on time, clean up done and no surprises.

Well, they brought the parts within a couple of days and when the box was opened, the replacement part was broke. Had to order a new one. Should be here this week. This is the first time this has happened. I can only say, ECM is so convenient to deal with and no worries of getting it done.

Technician removed float switch to flush the drain and did not reinstall the float switch before leaving. As a result the unit would not work at all. Called another company to look at my problem and this is what they found and I verified it. The float switch was reinstalled and the unit works fine. I called ECM to let them know and request a refund of what I paid them for the service call. The company has a real attitude and basically called me a liar and refused any refund. I will not do business with them again and suggest that others steer clear of this company.

TECH GOT THERE ON TIME AND WAS IN AND OUT IN A JIFFY. NO MORE WAKING UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT TO 60 DEGREES WHEN THE THERMOSTAT RESET TO ZERO FOR NO REASON.

The technician came on time and diagnosed the issue. He came back 2 days later with the correct part and fixed the A/C unit.

Installed new A/C unit within 24 hours of the failure of my old system. Arrived on time, installation team was professional, explained the new unit clearly and cleaned up before they left. Could not be happier.

Do not contract with this company. Whatever service call we had, very incompetent. We called them for a washing machine, their tech came with hands in the pockets, did nothing, so we decided just to replace the unit. Now we have issue with the Microwave, their tech came one week ago, fill in his paper for an order of control board. Today another one came, install this part,didn't say a word. Just started filling in another paper for 3 different parts, and definitely didn't leave us with the impression that he knows whether the issue will be corrected, On top of it apparently broke something on the electronic board part, so our microwave is open on that side. We called the company, and requested the management action. Of course they told us that there is no general manager of this company, so we got a useless person claimed he is a supervisor. So far all negative experience with this company. We have other neighbors in our community we should listen to their complaints before we signed with this company

They were on time; professional; knowledgeable; very clean, especially inside the house. The old units were removed and the new ones installed and when it was done you would not know they were there. Before leaving they explained everything I needed to know in plain english about the unit and explained how to use my new wi-fi thermostat. Their uniforms were clean when they arrived because I was their first stop but any dirt they may have gotten on them during the process was not noticed by me.

I was familiar with the company name and signed up thru Lisa at her table at the Home Depot on Northlake. When the tech came out to the house, he explained everything that needed to be replaced including a new concrete pad and fix the electrical wiring that was rigged by the last A/C company 17 years ago that could have started a fire. The install took the usually amount of time from start to finish and the crew cleaned up all the debris and hauled away the old unit. I also received a packet after the install with all manuals and warranty information. Lisa from ECM who works in the Home Depot asked how my install went as well so she could know what was involved and if there were any issues. I have problem using them again for my next A/C service.

I have a lot of positive experiences with ECM, since I moved to Century Village in Boca, last April. Since, I moved to my new place, I was concerned about the air conditioner. I called up ECM about the a/c tune-up they had since I had gotten postcards in the mail. I had a very friendly technician. He checked the handlers in the hallway and the unit on the roof, He told me that it was a very good updated unit. He also recommend that I needed a surge protector for the unit on the roof. He also recommend a good filter to put on the handlers on the hallway. The service, I received from ECM is excellent from the operators to the technicians. They are very helpful and patience. I am very satisfied with the service I get from ECM>

I highly recommend ECM for all your Air Conditioning needs. From my initial call to the company to the completion of my new A/C installation I could not have been more pleased with the professionalism of the ECM staff. My initial call resulted in a next-day appointment. The salesperson on the initial appointment took the time to explain my options, without pressuring me into a decision. I opted for a new system which was installed two days after my initial call to the company. The installers arrived at the correct time and completed the install at a reasonable hour, even though I added two new components to the job. They were knowledgeable and professional. What a difference my new A/C unit makes - ECM is now my go-to A/C company!

Our old air conditioner failed just before Hurricane Dorian! We called ECM right away on Friday expecting to wait possibly a week or two because of the storm. On Monday we got a call asking if they could come over Tuesday! Wow! We were very relieved because everyone know how hot it can be without AC. They guys came over first thing and got us installed with a new air conditioner and were very polite and kept everything neat and clean. Super service and everything is wonderful. Thank you
