It went very well. The service men were very professional, knowledgeable, and worked very efficiently. They took care of everything in the prescribed time period.

I called ECM and within 1 day, 2 Technicians came within 2 hours timeframe. They were very professionals and knew what to do working to replace broken air-conditioner system. I watched them like a hawk to be sure and they did not cut corners to save time nor materials at all. I am very impressed with Technicians works!!! My home has a dual zoned air conditioning system and I recently had to replace both units. ECM installed both replacement units. The installers came on time, were extremely professional, very neat cleaning everything before they left, showed total respect for my home at all times and had their own inspector come to be sure that all electrical connections were done properly and according to code. I would highly recommend ECM for air conditioning service and replacement and any other repair /replacement work in your home. They are excellent.

I've been using ECM since I moved here in 2012 and have been happy with their service. So when I needed a new A/C I decided to use them. They gave me a number of options and I choose the better quality Lennox system. That was on 9/4, the next day 9/5/18 they came to do the install. Two techs arrived on time and they were very nice and very considerate of my home as well. They worked pretty hard for 7 hours straight ( I was home the whole time) and once they finished they cleaned everything up and left me with a very nice looking and performing A/C unit. I am happy with all of it. A really good job.

They came earlier than expected, which was great. And then they finished much earlier than they said it would take. That, too, was good. They did what they had to do without any problems occurring and cleaned up when they were finished. They were very polite and answered all my questions to my satisfaction.

ECM is a great company. I highly recommend them. They are always on time and even before my appointment times. I needed a new A/C system put in because my 14 year system needed to retire. They came and took away my old system and installed a new system for me in less than 6 hours. If you need a new A/C system, need to replace a broken one, or for any A/C service ECM is the way to go. 😊👍
