Excellent, ECM had installed air conditioners for several of our friends and they were very satisfied with their new units and they recommended we use ECM too. We did use ECM for our new air conditioner. And we are very happy we did. They did a very neat installation with all pipes and wires neatly covered and looking really good. And the new unit works really well.

Our A/C unit broke down on a Saturday night. First thing Monday morning, we called ECM. They were very accommodating and had a technician come out that day. It turned out that our compressor was the cause. The A/C unit was already 10 years old and we did not want to put more money into it, so we decided to get a new A/C unit. ECM sent two experienced technicians to our home the very next morning. These two gentlemen were very efficient and worked right through to the afternoon installing the unit. Our unit was originally held up on two pieces of wood and they explained that if the unit leaked, the wood would get wet and the water would travel to the wall and we could experience mold inside the wall. They installed, at no extra charge to us, a metal stand for the A/C unit that also has a catch basin at the bottom to collect any water that might drip. They explained how everything worked on the A/C unit and on the new thermostat. Two weeks later and the unit is working perfectly and we are extremely pleased with ECM and our new Lennox Air Conditioner.

We are very happy with ECM. We returned to them this summer after using less expensive home warranty companies that were not worth having. We noticed a leak from the AC in the garage and called ECM. The technician said we just needed to change the filter so that’s what we did. A few days later we we had the leak again. We had a scheduled maintenance at this time. This technician showed us how corroded the inside of our AC unit was. That was causing it to overwork so we needed a new AC we purchased a Lennox unit from ECM. They installed it the next day. The workers were very professional and did a great job. Now we can keep the thermostat at a higher temperature and the house is cool and comfortable.

The problem was diagnosed promptly and it was determined we needed a new air conditioner. It was installed the next day and in full operation and we have been very happy with the installation and how the unit has performed. The new unit that was brought to our house was found to have a dent in the cover and the installer promptly called for a new unit to be delivered that day. ECM has been prompt when we have had a problem, come the same day and always courteous and professional. I would highly recommend for AC and other projects in the home.

We have had ECM as our service providers since we bought our condo in Fl. We have had a few issues and the technicians have been very reliable. They come when they say they will and take care of the problem. This year our A/C broke, and we called the next day and by 11:30 that morning, they were there with a new A/C and it was installed and up and running by 5:00. Very happy with their service. The salesman did not high-pressure me; the price of a new air conditioner was in line with other companies, and the two technicians arrived on time the next morning. They proceeded to work in a most professional manner in 95 degree heat. Leaking around the a.c. had caused damage, and they restored everything back to like-new condition before getting the new a.c. up and running. In addition to being courteous and answering all my questions, these two gentlemen left my premises cleaner than when they arrived, and left me in a complete state of comfort.
