We called ECM; same day service. Technicians came out same day. Got unit working. Replaced unit on Monday. Technicians were professional and price was competitive. Very happy with our service. We recommend ECM to everyone. Thank you. Job well done.

My AC unexpectedly went out the day before Thanksgiving. Although I had the plan to replace it but did not have it in my budget at this time. ECM was the first one in mind to call because I heard good things about them from my one of my co-workers who currently have some service contract with them. I called at 10 am Wednesday to acquire a quote and spoke with a nice gentleman, whom I do not recall his name. He answered and scheduled someone to my home between 12-2pm. The sale technician, Sam Demaher I recalled came in before 2 pm. He verified the size of my house and determined the AC unit that I will need. The process was very smooth and got it installed that Friday after Thanksgiving. ECM did not let me wait for the following week like most company would do. I appreciate the speed of your service. I am very pleased with my new AC and very efficient. You guys were very punctual and I cannot thank you ECM enough. I will highly recommend ECM to friends and families.

I can say that ECM as it is a company that helps you in time to solve problems that arise in your home, so they give you solutions if it is the case.

Very prompt professional crews (2 trucks / crews) Great job! My A/C system was in need of a replacement. ECM arrived the next day. Sam the field manager also checked in. All were very professional with a fair price.

We place the orrder and the next morning the technicians were on time. After 6 hours the job was done and the place kleened. Excellent service.

When ECM determined my air conditioning system was in need of replacement, they were able to install the very next day. The two man crew that came out to do the install arrived earlier them promised. Install was supposed to take all day, yet system was installed and operational by 3PM that afternoon (approx. 6 hrs total to install). Both the installers went about their job efficiently and professionally. Very happy with my new system!

ECM just installed a new A/C in my unit (second A/C in 7 years). The process to set up the appointment was painless and fast, and by the time I got back home at the end of the day, the place was left clean. The reason I gave it a B is because of the time frame given when technician is sent. It could be at least a half day waiting (maybe more). I take time off from work to meet the time frame and sometimes they arrive AFTER the allotted time. It is a waste of OUR time.

They did a great job with a very good price. The installers were the best. They were wonderful and left our house spotless.

Our trusty builder installed A/C units worked well for years and then..... they didn't. South Florida systems take a beating, running hard most of the year to provide us with comfort and better air quality, but they don't last forever. We decided to use ECM to replace both of our units. We realized right away that the newly installed units were highly efficient, quiet and reliable. The installation technicians were on time, professional, approachable and knowledgeable. We were able to schedule an install in one day, so no waiting. ECM has exceeded our expectations with this service. Highly recommend!! Edit

Excellent service. the installers came on time, were totally professional and left no debris. The company sent an inspector within a week to double check the installation and it was perfect. The service and followup by ECM was fantastic.

It went well. The technician was courteous, professional and timely.

The price for the service call was $45. Waste of money! The tech came out, took his temperature gun and aimed it at the freezer/refrigerator, thumped his hand on the thermostat (which started to buzz) and said that is what I need - a thermostat. No diagnostic was run on the refrigerator, unless you call hand thumping a diagnostic. Told me it would be several days to get the part. Someone would call tomorrow. Could not answer any questions about warranty on labor and parts. You could tell he was in a hurry. Stay away from this company.

The service men arrived promptly and completed the removal of my old air handler & compressor and installed the new ones in a timely manner. After completing the instillation the service man showed me how to us the new thermostat. I was given detailed instructions and a follow up call from East Coast Mechanical,Inc. after a week to insure that everything was working correctly.

ECM replaced our AC system in October and it works great. We had received estimates from two other companies but chose ECM even though their price was higher. We selected ECM because of Alex, the salesman who came to our home. It was readily apparent that his knowledge of what we needed and the designs he created for additional duct work surpassed the other two companies. He also assured us that we would have ECM's best installer due to the 11 hours the job would take and its complexity. He arranged for this before he left our home. The installer who came, Jason, was excellent. He told us exactly what he would be doing and that the job would indeed take 11 hours plus one break. He has been installing AC systems for 18 years and this showed in his professionalism. Also, he maintained a thoroughly pleasant and friendly attitude during the entire time. His workmanship was a 10. Unfortunately, Jason's helper was still in training. Although he did an excellent job building a new box for the air handler, he overloaded our electrical system by plugging in too many tools. This shorted out the GFS switch, burned out a wire in our wall and left us with no working outlets in the garage. We contacted ECM the next day. They replaced the GFS for free but refused to replace the wire to the remaining outlet that still would not work unless we paid them $150 per 30 minutes. They tried to blame it on poor wiring for our home. This was totally not true. The wiring in our home is up to code. We offered to pay half of the cost to fix the wiring but they refused. Since the outlet was not working we had to have the wire replaced and at our own cost. We hired another company to do this for half what ECM wanted to charge us. Although we are very happy with our new AC system and duct work we are very disappointed with ECM's customer service. The customer service manager contacted me this week. She apologized on behalf of the employee who said ECM would not pay for the damaged wiring. ECM will be reimbursing us for the cost of the electrician that we had to hire. We are now 100% satisfied and would rate them an A company. Furthermore, the building inspector from Wellington came this week to check the installation. It passed and he said that ECM installations are ones that he never has to fail because they do everything right.
