We have ECM's appliance (including A/C and plumbing insurance policy coverage) for about 12 years now. Just last year, we had a leak in the guest bathroom and ECM came out immediately and repaired, covered by the policy. About 3 years ago, we had a major A/C issue that was covered as well! Highly recommend them.

Service requests were answered promptly. Repair staff arrived on time and were clean and pleasant. Front office staff is great to work with. We have now been with ECM for several years and have just renewed our service contract once again. We find that they always strive to help us resolve any issues we have with any of their services. In particular we have found that the renewal office staff are extremely supportive in helping us gain an understanding the ins and outs of their contract. We were with a different service company several years ago, made the switch after repeated unresolved issues and are now most happy to be with ECM. Our calls are answered promptly and service occurs quickly. It is good to know that unexpected issues resulting in needed repairs are covered and not an ongoing concern

It is time for dinner. Opening my freezer, taking out the food, but the door does not close. push,push and then it closes. Next day the same thing happens, door not closing. called Calling ECM, telling them what the problem is that my food is gong to spoil, as i need a tech that day.. It was a holiday week. But when I told them about the food that would spoil, they checked to see if a tech could come out that day. Yes, SAM arrived, shortly later and told him what was wrong, and yes, he knew exactly what to do. Using his best set of tools, he fixed the screw that was loose in the back of the freezer. Moral of my story.....get a yearly contract. Happy holidays.

The installers showed up right on time and went right to work. Both men were very professional and experienced. They were very careful and thorough and their attention to detail was impressive. The pride they took in the quality of their work was evident from start to finish. After the installation was complete they even painted the wood base that held the evaporator unit in my garage. Then they made sure to recheck that the A/C was working correctly and then completely cleaned up after themselves

The ECM technician arrived on time and worked through lunch. The workmanship by the ECM technician was excellent as he installed a brand new AC condenser and air handler. The old unit one was over 16 years old and was in very bad shape but was removed without a hitch. After the unit was installed and tested, the work area was cleaned up . Work well done.

I have had a service contract with ECM for many years and that company was always responsive to my needs. This week, my A?C stopped working. The serviceman attended at my premises the same day. Upon inspection, the serviceman determined that my unit needed replacement. Th very next day, a crew arrived and with approximately five hours the new unit was installed. They recently installed a new air conditioner & water heater in my Florida condo. The installers were polite, efficient, and very professional. They arrived on time, and completed the work expertly, and left my place spotless. I highly recommend ECM for any A/C or plumbing work.

A technician responded within an hour of our breakdown and did a thorough job in defining the problem. A new AC unit was required (old one was 10+ years) and there was no sales pressure involved. The next morning the installation crew arrived (on time) and worked through lunch to finish quickly. They used protective blankets on the floor and swept the area upon completion. A very courteous and professional job!

ECM’s serviceman was thorough and very knowledgeable as to why I needed 2 new AC units. The installation was as promised, the rebates came as specified, and customer service followed up with me to make sure everything was ok. The whole experience was extremely professional. I highly recommend ECM!

Very neat and clean. They did have to return the next day to clean out the drain line.
