Alex came out to do an annual inspection of our 13 yr old A/C. He found that the compressor needed to be replaced. He showed it to my husband. He immediately discussed our options and ordered the unit for us then. This was a Friday and Monday Ethan came and installed it. He was very good, finished the same day and showed us how to operate everything. Both Alex and Ethan were fantastic.

I have to say that I was very impressed by EMC. Not only by their sales man who came to provide me with an quote and answer/addressed every question that I had but also by their technicians who replaced my A/C. They were very curteous, prompt, cleaned up after themselves, explained everything and walked me through what they did. I cannot say enough about their professionalism and service. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for service.

The technician came out the following morning and tried to see if it could be fixed first, but then saw that the Freon had leaked out. Considering the age of the unit, I had to get a new one. They helped tremendously with helping me pick a AC unit that matched my needs and my budget. They were professional, prompt and patient from the purchase to the installation. ECM replacement both inside and outside 4 of my 5 AC units and replaced a coil in the 5th unit. They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone.

They came on time and replaced my old ac with a new one. Cleaned up afterwords. Need service to check airflow in one room but otherwise all is good. Price a little high but not bad. Overall good communication and service so far.

ECM, as usual, was very responsive and had a tech over the same day. The suggestion was to replace the unit because of its age and the repair to the unit would be almost half of what it would be to replace the unit. Our decision because of age was to replace the unit. They came the following morning and replaced the unit the same day. We could not be more satisfied.....very easy transaction and the response was excellent.

It went very well. The installers were very professional and cleaned up everything very nicely
