Description of Work: After interviewing three air conditioning companies, I chose ECM for one reason. The service technician was the first person that REALLY knew what he was talking. He is a field technician as well as being able to quote on a new system. His name is Anthony Capalbo. I would not use anyone else to do your repairs or evaluate your system. He made me climb up on a ladder to see the problems I had with my central air. He was the ONLY one to come to my house and check for leaks in the system. He earned the job to replace my entire system. For the first time, I had 100% confidence that I was getting the proper system. They are installing the new system in the middle of May and I will write a follow up.
