Mr. [Member name], I apologize if you were not satisfied but I did email you the estimate at your request and also returned your phone call to inform you that I would resend but to check your junk mail through your voicemail ,as you did not return call. I am not sure where the miscommunication is because I Send multiple QUOTES to multiple people, and If people are interested in proceeding we arrange jobs.If they are not, I don't usually hear back from them, I don't harass my customers because I do realize most people get multiple quotes. Your Email is BradKurtz@MPGMarketing.com......I am going to resend it now to show you I sent quote on April 24th....and never received a response.you send a negative review over 2 months after our original meeting without so much as attempting a follow up phone call. Like you,I am also very busy and understand that when I want something done I would make sure I have a physical conversation with someone before I complain about them , instead you say I did not follow up... Which I did ,and then I have never heard from you again.once again I apologize for any miscommunication, and I wish you were a little more persistent in having a live communication with me before putting a review up that does not represent my business honestly or the circumstances that go with it.
