I have been using them for a couple of years. We have the basic package which is level two. We don't like the channels and we don't like tv. We watch only four channels out of 200. I wish we could buy individual channels. I feel terrible about that.

I was very dissatisfied with them. It's absolutely impossible to get a bill fixed. Their automated system is horrible. And, one office doesn't know what the other is doing. I also tried to find out when my contract was up, and called in. I got a date from the customer service rep, and called a new provider to come out on the day I was told. I called back in to cancel my account, and was told a different date. I was charged $17 to cancel, and an additional $17 to send back the equipment.They offer you a price of say $29.99 for a year, and then the second year it over doubles (at $62.99) and you are stuck in the contract for that second year. I had also called at one point because I had my TV moved, and the movers couldn't hook the service back up to the TV. I called in to have someone come out to fix it, and was told they would be there between 9am and noon, and it took the person until 6:30pm to get to my house. Along with this, my small TV package included a lot of channels I didn't even watch. There were 24 home shopping channels, 14 sports channels, and 13 religious channels. Those channels made up half of the channels available to me.

I like the quality of the pictures and the channel availability.

Whenever I need to call for assistance, they promptly help me right away. They have been very helpful. We have used them for years now, and have been very happy with their service.

Program would shut down as well as we could not record movies or programs. The adjustments they made were short lived and still an issue.

The installation was free. The person did everything that we asked him to do. He explained to us how to use the system. He cleaned up the place. He made sure not to bring any dirt inside and he was wearing socks on his shoes. I didn’t have any problem.

They have horrible customer service agents. They are rude, robotic and very unhelpful. Getting in touch with the right person is very difficult and you get transferred all over the place. You get a different answer to the same question from different representatives. I am ending my service contract with them and I will not be using them again.
