Dias Brothers Landscape

To start off with, the maintenance crew never fully did their job right. They would leave dead leaves and not cut back areas of overgrowth correctly or at all. The worst part is I had requested thousands of dollars worth of new plants and shrubs to be planted and many of them are dying and shriveling up. I requested that they be replaced. Only several were replaced and those that were replaced were replaced with inadequate sized ones (ie tall shrub replaced with a short one so the look of an even and straight privacy border was never achieved). They are inconsistent with their communication and don't deliver what's promised under warranty.

At first the new landscape was spectacular! The plants were huge and beautiful. The installation was professional. The Maintenance” department took over and destroyed everything in less than one year. Everything they install comes with a one-year plant health warranty which they do not honor. Once upon a time, along time ago, when there were actually two brothers that ran the business, they were the best in the industry. Today I wouldn’t use them again for anything. They are rude, arrogant, lying and lazy plant dealers. Their idea of maintenance is four men with leaf blower’s. When the plants you purchased from them are dying they do nothing about it. There truly is no management left in this company and the people in the field don’t give a darn. Do yourself a favor, don’t use Dias Brothers.

Very well respected but overpriced landscapers. Poor follow through on requests for price quotes. 1+ month waiting for a quote and still wasn't sent. In one case their quote was 2x the price of other vendor. Excellent weekly maintenance. Good crew. But monthly cost is WAY TOO HIGH. Cannot be justified. Plenty of other landscapers hungry for business.
