I would give a zero if this were an option. It is truly a joke for them to respond to complaints with "customer satisfaction is our main priority." Check out the negative reviews - we are all saying essentially the same thing and you may avoid a horrible and possibly costly experience. Warning: Read your contract carefully. From front to back. Pay no attention to the high pressure sales pitch. These people don't care one iota about you and all they want is your money. I could write a book about the lack of integrity of this company. They state they can keep your down payment even if your project is not approved. They say it is a "free quote", but if you are not approved and decide to end the contract, they want your money and complain about how much it cost them to send someone out and work on your quotes - I was told it was $9,000 to add an extension to my driveway, thousands of dollars more than anyone else. In order to cancel after lack of approval, I was told by Steve that it was customary to charge a cancellation fee of 30% of the total quoted price. Another thing, you will have paid 90% or more per the contract schedule of payments BEFORE they even start to dig. Without outside assistance, I doubt I would have gotten my money back. Just be careful and be sure you opt out within three CALENDAR days (not business days) after you read the contract in full and see what you actually agreed to.

Terrible Customer Service. I have called several times and left a message to have Steve call me back for a service appointment. I never get a call back. They originally ordered the wrong tile. The workmanship was poor. Don't expect service from this company or followup.

overall it was satisfactory from the quality stand point with the exception of one problem. They ordered the wrong size of pavers. It presented as a problem because they couldn't do the pattern we agreed on that and we are very specific about it. After the completion of the job, they called us if we are satisfied and we said yes but we mentioned that we have a few chipped pavers and he said they would replace them at a small fee, which on our opinion is unacceptable if they offer any kind of warranty. We wrote a letter to the CEO of the company and delivered it in person then gave it to the secretary but they ignored and never replied which is unprofessional.

Beautiful. They transformed my outdated ugly patio into a beautiful show piece. I had the company install travertine pavers . Had the company seal patio afterwards in order to protect and maintain beauty of the travertine. Omg my neighbors are so jealous.

We had a very good experience with deck and drive. Dennis came and walked over every single step with us. The Workman was professional and Got the job done in the timely manner.

I had scheduled an appointment for an estimate one week in advance and was called on the day of the appointment that they were to busy to com to my home. I would never call them again. They are obviously not an organization you can rely on

Deck & Drive came out quickly with a fair estimate on my cleaning and repair project. They did call to reschedule the first appointment to do the work but showed up as promised the second time. I was not home when they did the work but was very satisfied with the job after seeing it the following day. There were two small areas I felt needed more attention, but workers returned promptly to address them at no additional charge. Overall very pleased with the work, the cleaning was excellent, previous attempts by a pressure wash specialist were not satisfactory.

I should have regrouted my driveway a long time ago. But the prices I received were ridiculous. So I kept on postponing the inevitable. I found Deck and Drive through a local publication. They gave me a price that was reasonable. I was given a date for the work to be done. They arrived as agreed and stayed until the whole job was complete. The driveway looks great. I am a happy customer.

The jobs went well the contractors staff was courteous and neat . The did a nice job and cleaned up all of their jobs.

As always Deck & Drive Pavers have out done themselves again. The yearly project of cleaning and sealing my patio and driveway was once again a success. From strat to finish...top notch job at a very competive price. Looking forward to many more projects with this crew. Thanks again!!

It went awesome. It was a tedious job because the pavers had to be a perfect match for it to be approved by my HOA. Deck and Drive did their research and made it look perfect. Since they finished the job I continue to receive compliments about how nice it looks. The price was right and they did it on time and even came out a week later to check on it.... A PLUS!!!!

We had a standard straight concrete driveway and wanted a circular driveway for years but did not see any in our neighborhood or elsewhere that we liked. Shortly before the 2015 holidays in December, a neighbor down the block had a new driveway, walkway and pool pavers installed. We liked the look of the driveway and the efficient way the team worked, and our neighbors invited us in to look at the pool area. The company was Deck & Drive and we contacted them and two other companies for comparison quotes. Deck & Drive's quote was right in the middle of the two and since our neighbors had such a good experience and we liked the multiple options of pavers and since D&D had experience with driveways over existing in-ground tanks, we went with D&D. We are so glad we did and recommend Deck & Drive to anyone looking for quality service and installation. They were extremely patient with us since we had the unfortunate experience of the HOA declining our first choice of pavers and we had to go back to the drawing board and pick out a completely different style. Then we had to leave a large area open around the in-ground tank so the generator company could come out and measure and install the collar and concrete so it would be level with the pavers. Of course, we had a solid week of rain and then another week of concrete curing but everything fit perfectly and D&D came out immediately to complete the driveway. The project passed inspection first time around. We paid extra for sealing and D&D recommends cleaning and sealing every two years and we will adhere to that schedule. We now have a grand circular driveway that is an outstanding job by an outstanding company! Thank you Dennis and the team at Deck & Drive!
