Ed Stein- the owner told me that the remodel would take 6 weeks for the cabinets to arrive and 2 days for the install. It is now 3 months later and my kitchen is still not finished. Ed lies and tries to rig everything up instead of doing it the correct way. He mismeasured cabinets and had to cut holes in the wall and when that didn't work he had to cut the cabinets so it was not as deep. He put on unfinished kickplates on my island so the ends were bare wood. He ordered half of the cabinets white on the inside and half natural and expected me to keep them that way. The company Eurocraft that he used to build the cabinets provide poor workmanship. Ed made promise after promise about when everything would be completed. He asked his installer to go to Home Depot to see if he could match the color and just install crap rom Home Depot. He has no work ethics and does not care about anyone but himself. I paid him in full and he still has not finished! All cabinets are supposed to be self closing and our upper cabinets are not and he won't order the correct hinges. He tried to be cheap and order the standard ones when I already paid him for self closing ones. He did not order all of the fillers so I still have big gaps where the cabinets are. The doors and drawers rub because they have not been adjusted. He brought me the cabinets with only 1 shelf instead of 2. BEWARE of this company and Eurocraft!

I met with the owner, Ed Stein, a few days ago and picked out cabinets for my kitchen. During the process, he kept interrupting me when I started to ask a question or say anything. It was very hard to get my questions answered. We made an appointment for this afternoon for him to measure my kitchen. He didn't show up. An hour past the agreed upon time, I called him to find out where he was. I had to leave a message. He called back 10 minutes later and told me he had four installations this afternoon, was running between jobs, and wouldn't be able to come. I said I understood but he should have called me so I wasn't waiting around for him. He asked me if I was at his store. Obviously, he forgot about his appointment with me, since I had to remind him I was in my home waiting for him to come measure. Why did he make an appointment with me if he knew he had four installations this afternoon? Or if they were scheduled after we met at his store, why didn't he call me to reschedule? It's very unprofessional and unreliable to make an appointment and then forget the client.

We were lucky enough to find this wonderful company by walking past his showroom on Woolbright Road near Military Trail in Boynton Beach, FL. The owner, Ed Stein was extremely helpful with picking out our cabinets and counter top. He found high quality, low priced cabinets for us that surpassed anything we saw at the local home improvement stores. He accompanied us to the granite showroom and helped us make that selection. Every step of the process was done on time and in budget. Ed always returned our phone calls promptly. During the design discussions and installation process he made very helpful suggestions. His work crew was respectful and prompt. We are enjoying our new kitchen and wouldn't change anything about it.
