+ -1 moreWe were very happy with the work performed by Coldwell Banker and specifically Linda K. She helped us in many ways through the selling process. We had a lock break that needed replacement and Linda was there to work with the technician to fix it. She helped us get a copy of the condo association documents needed for the buyer. She kept in almost daily email contact with us to keep us informed. She worked quickly to put the house on the market. We were impressed by the use of an electronic document system that allowed us to sign the contract and other documents using the internet. This sped up the process and made it easier because both owners were out of state. I can not say enough about Linda K. We were from out of state and would have basically chosen a real estate agent randomly from the phone book. We are very glad we used Angies List and found Coldwell Banker. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: We sold a condo in Kingspoint (Delray Beach) using Coldwell Banker. We chose them based on AL reviews and also decided that a larger company was likely to have more resources then a smaller company. Linda K. was our real estate agent for Caldwell Banker. She was very professional and responsive from the beginning.
