Great Service. Overall good job

Job was to start with 2 men for 2 days.. One man showed up. I had to help move furniture.2nd Day 2 men. They were way behind and rushed to get done word too 7 pm. Job looks good but missed a lot of small trim work. Owner did give me a pint of paint to do myself. Had to do all the clean up which I would of expected them to do. Overall good service. Would suggest if they need 2 men for 2 days and only 1 man showed up do NOT start job. To much work I had to do both days. I do recommend good price and looks good.

Everything was done on time, as quoted, great work and I would use him again in a heartbeat.

Joe is accurate in assessing the job, timely in completion and provides quality materials. He uses the best quality paint to enhance the outcome of the final product. Also the worker he brought was very respectful and thorough.

After paying his stated price to paint both my interior and exterior, this sums up my experience: 1. It took weeks for him to provide the license & Insurance paperwork required by my HOA. 2. The job was delayed and had to be split into two jobs, because of his failure to properly schedule his workers. 3. Other than his very prompt reply to BID on the job, all of the rest of his customer service and communications skills were absolutely terrible. I made countless calls from the beginning of the job to the end; most of which left me feeling completely unimportant as a new customer. 4. The owner actually asked me to pay the final amount PRIOR to his completion of the job. I'm glad I refused to do so. 5. His workers left tape in several areas of the job; one of which was too high for me to reach and remove. After more than 2 weeks of asking him to return and remove the tape, I finally decided to pay someone else to come out with a ladder tall enough to reach & resolve the problem. 6. I've been in the service business for more than 37 years, and this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I've never met a business owner who was so unconcerned about the ?customer service experience? of one of his own clients. Because painting a house is not exactly brain surgery, it's difficult to distinguish the quality of his work versus work that might have been done by another painter. It's unfortunate that he put no effort into, and showed no concern for this customer's experience. I would never hire him again for anything.

Great work. We hired Joseph to paint our new home, a 3 story townhouse with some really high and challenging walls by the stairs. They got the job started the day after we hired them, and finished within 2 days. Well priced and good quality. His guys were professional, showed up early, were mindful of the home, did a great job, and cleaned up nicely. Definitely recommend!

Wow is all I can say...rarely in this world do people exceed expectations. An expectations where high especially since the house was brand new. Joe came in thousands less than the competition and even gave me a coupon so I could save on the paint. His communication and punctuality was only exceed by the quality of work by his team. I am not only recommending this painting company to you all online but will be sharing my experience with my neighbors.

Joseph was the first one to reply to my Home Advisors request, next day I had a quote and a plan. Whole interior (4bed/2.5bath) was completed in 3 days (despite a home full of furniture) using paint colors we requested. Paint, labor, trim, patching up holes, and doors were included in the price. Painters were professional and efficient. Glad to get it done in time for the holidays...we had been thinking about it for a while and never did it, then we jumped in and I m glad we did.
