Great guy

Did some major renovation in home 2 bathrooms and a total kitchen renovation. Needed repainting for all the above an Great Room. Spoke with Christopher on Wednesday-visited me same day and provided a written estimate. Told me to text him paint colors and he would buy. I did that on Thursday and project started and was completed on Friday. His team were courteous, professional and clean. They covered all Furniture, moved furniture and replaced all. When they left- my house and an incredible paint job and was spotless. Best painter I have ever used in any of my 3 homes. Highly recommend.

HORRIBLE! DO NOT HIRE! BEWARE! What an absolutely horrible experience. We are currently remodeling our entire home. We needed the house repainted including ceilings, baseboards, crowns, and all doors. When Joe came to our home to give us an estimate we let him know what our expectations were and how important it was for us that the painters cover and protect all of our floors (which are brand new) and furniture. We also showed all the things that were important and needed to be addressed before the paint even went on such as caulking around certain windows fixing peeling paint, patching some small holes, etc. Everything which was listed on the actual contract. We also advised him that we removed all outlet and vent covers to make it easier for the painters but it was important the other issues be addressed. Well, NOTHING that he promised was done. The painters arrived on day 1 (2 people a painter and his 16 yr. old son) and had NO CLUE of anything we had discussed with Joe. The painter told me well you have to understand Joe is **special**, whatever that means. I proceeded to let the painter know everything we had told Joe and what it is that needed to be done. It is as if I spoke to the air. The painters proceeded to start painting the ceiling and covered NOTHING!! We could not believe it. How do you paint a house and not prep or cover the furniture? We complained to Joe and he said that his guys were excellent painters to just trust them and that they would get it all clean. Day 2 same thing!! I spent the entire night of day one (4 hours no lie) cleaning the mess they made on my floors and here comes day 2 going down the same path. As the painters went through my house like bulls in a china shop my husband and I had to keep cleaning up paint. (There is now 4 people painting this way in my home.) I also kept pointing out how they needed to sand this or fix that and again like talking to myself. We complained again and Joe basically said I needed to back off that his men were professionals and that this was normal and they would clean it. I explained to him that this is ridiculous and that it is impossible that they get all the paint cleaned up if they keep splattering it all over the house and furniture. To make a long story short these **painters** were in my home for 6 days and completely destroyed it. 1. They covered my brand new floors in paint. 2. They covered my refrigerator, washing machine, TVs, Furniture, GYM Rubber Floors in paint. 3.They did not fix the peeling paint on the walls they just painted over it. 4.They never caulked around the windows like they were supposed to per contract. 5.They painted some areas with only one coat. 6. Some of my crown moldings did not get painted at all. 7. I have paint splatters of my black door paint on my white baseboards. A MESS honestly it is so horrifying and so much I could not list it all. Finally, on the last day, I texted him to let him know I would need someone to come back because as I walked through my house I saw all the things that they did not do or needed to be fixed as mentioned above. To this Joe said, *I will send someone back only under the condition that you do not leave a negative review*. I said but the job is not finished you can see there is work that needs to be fixed or completed. DISGUSTING! this is not a man that wants to do well by his clients or make sure that the work his employees perform is up to any kind of standard. Lastly let me just say I, a woman, am the one that hired him to paint my house. I am the one that complained directly to him. This man would call me and tell me that he needed to speak to my husband. He had no explanation for it, it was just basically a little lady move aside I need to speak to a man. My husband was furious because in my home speaking to me and speaking to the man of the house is the SAME thing! So I am left with a HORRIBLE paint job,...

Overall the paint job was great quality. It was done in a timely manner. He was very professional and kept and kept an open line of communication. In addition he worked with us at an affordable rate.

FABULOUS PAINTERS! My home looks beautiful. The crew were the consummate professionals and did exceptional prep work and painting. They were neat, polite, and perfectionists. The price was more than fair. I highly recommend them.

Homeowner Beware! The owner boasts about his 5 star rating but the finished job was far from that! We discussed in detail as well as me drafting up a detailed punch list of everything to be done that we verbally discussed (ie. Removal of doors, old ceiling fans, all nails in walls, exterior gutter downspouts etc) . Unfortunately, the owner didn?t seem to be present on the job a lot to convey all this to his foreman thus, much of it wasn?t being done...I had to stop them from proceeding to paint each day when I checked in...they acted like they weren?t even aware of anything I discussed with the owner! I verbally stressed to the owner that we had just gotten terrazzo floors resurfaced and there was a film of dust everywhere that obviously needed to be cleaned and vacuumed before proceeding to paint ...he kept reassuring me that he ? had been in the business for many years etc?...indicating It wasn?t necessary for me to be pointing out the obvious...well, his crew didn?t clean a single thing interior wise before painting!!! Dust, dirt, hair etc was all painted right into the baseboards , doors etc! I was horrified ! Even more unbelievable was the total disregard for care and protection of any of the floors! I told him we had just gotten terrazzo floors refinished and yet every time I stopped to check in , there wasn?t a drop cloth in site! Paint drips everywhere ! The hardwood floors in the kitchen area were also trashed not only by paint it by workers dirty shoes etc ...had I not thrown down old rugs/..it would have been worse! We also discussed and agreed that 2 coats of paint would be ROLLED on the walls....after closer inspection , it is obvious it was not. The only prep they did on the exterior was pressure washing. You would assume that any painter would properly prep by also patching cracks, holes, caulking windows etc...forget it! They left just about every hole, crack etc and slapped paint right over it! There was some transfer spray of exterior wall paint on windows and other places. We had them paint a black wrought iron gating in a front courtyard area....they dropped black paint all over the brick courtyard as well as some in the driveway! All in all this was the most disappointing service I think I?ve ever experienced ! There were so many things wrong on the walk through before I was to pay his foreman the balance ! Worse than that, both he (the owner) and his foreman made me felt like I was the ?bad guy? pointing it all out and asking them to address it before final payment ! THIS WAS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME USING HOME ADVISOR TO FIND A PROFESSIONAL! SLOPPY...SLOPPY...SLOPPY!

The price was very reasonable, Alfonso and his crew did a beautiful job removing wallpaper and painting. The cleanup was excellent. I would certainly recommend them for anybody who needs wallpaper removal, or painting done. Removed and had a room painted, as well. Excellent people, very honorable, and communication is not a problem with them. Definitely, go with them if you need a project like this!

I used to be a painting contractor in a previous life. These gentlemen were professional efficent on spot and on time. If you are looking for a quality paint job these are the guys to call! Thanks Joe!

I reached out to Joe with a big job and a very tight timeline. In short, a totally unreasonable request. He sent his team during the holidays to prepare for and paint a 2500 sq ft home, including ceilings, in a short timeframe. During the same time, flooring was being installed, making this notably more difficult for his team. The work was done quickly and efficiently, despite the challenges. There were some details that needed retouching, however, these were because of their inability to finish the work till flooring was completed. I will be hiring this company again for cabinet painting in the coming months.
