From my first contact call with him to the completion of the job- he was knowledgeable, professional and understanding. The job entailed an all out extermination of a bedbug infestation in my son's room. Carlos responded quickly, came to the house that same day for a consult, and shared the prep steps I needed to take to ready the house for the extermination. Two days later he showed up ready to combat the "enemy"! He was informative, diligent and efficacious. Within 5 hours he performed multiple exterminations to address the situation. After an exhausting 2 days of washing, drying clothes, and all fabrics in the house and sealing everything in plastic bags to prep and now in the process of unpacking ...I am at peace!
