+ -1 moreHe just put tar on the roof to fix the leak. He was impatient and wanted me to pay him right away. I went to the Florida licensing website and couldn't find his company. I asked him if he was licensed and he said that wasn't even though his business card states that he was.
Description of Work: I had a leak that he came to fix it.
