Budget Seamless Gutters has been the worst contractor I have worked with in years. They installed the gutters way too low on the facia and rendered them completely ineffective with all water coming down between the gutters and facia. After 17 phone calls and texts between Roger who sold them to me and the office. They came out and installed what looks like duct tape on two sides to "fix" the problem. Completely unprofessional and very low-quality work. Not responsive. I would all but guarantee any warranties they offer are not worth the paper they are written on. Avoid this company at all costs. Pay the 5%-10% more and get a company that will actually do the job right and stand behind their work.

My fiance and I recently hired Budget Gutters to install gutters at our residence. We had received an initial quote (pre COVID) and informed the company we would be in touch if we choose to hire them. Fast forward a few weeks later, my fiance receives a follow up phone call asking if we were still interested. Because he is a firefighter/paramedic and I a nurse, we hadn't thought about the gutters to be quite honest. But nonetheless, we told them we would discuss it and let them know if we decided to move forward. Within 5 minutes, we received another call from them. This time, offering to reduce the price from $1500 to $1350. My fiance again stated, we would discuss it and let them know if we decided to move forward. Another 5 or less minutes go by and we receive ANOTHER call. This time offering to drop the original price of $1500 to now $1000. We couldn't believe it! Me being the skeptic, I thought forsure something couldn't be right if they were willing to drop the price so significantly. But, again my fiance told them, we would discuss it and let them know if we decided to move forward. Fast forward to last week, we decided we would move forward with them. Pete, my fiance, called the office and spoke to Samantha to discuss moving forward with the job. He requested she provide via email an invoice for $1000 in writing as well as their certificate of liability insurance. They were agreeable and so we scheduled for the install. This past Wednesday the installers arrived at my residence and got to work. Pete who had scheduled the install was called to work for COVID testing and would return later that day. When the men were finished, they knocked on our door to let me know the work was complete and that his boss told him he was to collect payment. I informed him of Pete not being home and asked if his boss could contact Pete directly do payment over the phone, since I had not been aware of what was arranged regarding payment. He obliged me. Within minutes, I received a call from Pete expressing how angry he was about the way he was spoken to. He explained to me that he was told we have to pay CASH and they will not accept any other form of payment. Since this was not agreed upon or discussed, I called the company myself to speak with Samantha. She was extremely rude to me and gave me the "I'm sorry you misunderstood" backhanded apology. At this point she was requesting we Zelle her the money or give the installers the cash. I told her I would speak with Pete. I couldn't believe what she was telling me. Zelle to a "major company" or CASH? We don't keep that kind of money in our home, as I assume most people do not either. About 5 minutes later, Samantha called me back stating that I would need to pay them Cash or she would have the installers take everything down. As I saw it, she was threatening me and told her to have them take everything down if that was her solution. And so with that, she hung up on me and her men began to literally RIP the gutters from my home. They dropped roughly 30 ft section of metal gutter from my roof onto our pool equipment and another section about 40 ft onto our travertine pool deck. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. I even attempted to remove the metal gutter off the pool pump myself, but realized how heavy it was and would require a second set of hands. At that point I was so frustrated, I went back inside my house. Once they were gone, I went outside to inspect my home. What I saw, was devastating, unprofessional and a disgrace to their company as a whole.

I needed to repair my damaged facia but before I could do that, I needed to remove 129 ft of existing gutters. On May 5th 2019 I met with the salesman from Budget Gutters and expressed that I needed to coordinate with them and the carpenter on this issue. I asked if the Gutter company could remove the gutters on JUNE 3 and reinstall new gutters their place on June 5th. That way the carpenter could replace the damaged facia on the 4th. I was allowing almost a month to set this coordination. The salesman stated that was possible. Based on his response I signed the contract and called the main office as he requested to set the job for the dates. The woman who answered stated that she couldn’t set the schedule but she would have to have scheduling manager contact me. When no one ever called me back, I called the woman on 5/28 to confirm the project start date. I was advised that the scheduling manager would contact me. No one ever called me back. On June 3, 2019, no one showed up and no one ever called me with an update. I had to cancel the carpenter for the 4th. I contacted the woman at the office. She advised that the scheduling manager would call me back. (he never has yet). Later that day the office called me and requested that I send a copy of the contract via email. (did they lose the original?). I complied. On June 4th I again called the office. This time no one answered. I left a message asking if someone would contact me with a start date and if they couldn’t do that, to cancel my contract and return my deposit. The office called back on the 4th in response to my message. They stated they didn’t have any work in the area that they could schedule my job with. They stated that they would remove the gutters for me before Saturday but they couldn’t state when they could do the re-install. They offered to return my deposit. I requested that they cancel the contract and return the deposit. Angies List had this company listed as an A rated company. I certainly saw nothing that would suggest that this company is professional and that supported that A rating.
Description of Work: Remove 129 feet of existing gutters so a carpenter could repair damaged facia and then install new gutters the 2 days later. I gave them a month to schedule this and the salesman agreed.

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. I have done a lot of house renovations and have experienced many bad contractors. I typically choose not to write a bad review as there can be many factors that led to the experience and the last thing I want to do is hurt a business if it just didn't work. For budget gutters, I feel an obligation to outline the terrible experience. 1. Called to set up an estimate visit. 2. Sales rep comes out and sends over a quote (maybe a little slow but fine) 3. I call him and tell him we agree and want to schedule. He informs us that the dates I picked are fine and that the office will call me to confirm date and time. 4. No call 5. I call rep back. He says, "they should have called, I will call them now and they will call you in five minutes." 6. No call 7. Call the rep back to inform still no call. I explain I have booked a flight back to FL to be present for the installation for the dates agreed. Rep states, "No problem, you are all set. The office will call you. 8. Still no call and I am now flying to FL for the date range we discussed. Call the sales rep again and this time somebody from the office actually calls. 9. Office scheduler states that there was some confusion because the sales rep under priced the job and that was a CASH price and that I wanted to pay with a check. We never discussed payment methods or cash prices, but I told the office scheduler, I will pay with any method as long as the work is done. 10. Work scheduled for the next day. I go to the bank and take out cash for payment. 11. Installer calls and states he is on his way but may be a little late. I ask him to call me when he is about an hour from finishing so I can leave my office and head to the house. He stated it should take about 4 hours. 12. Three hours go by with no call from installer so I head to the house. 13. I arrive to see no installer and no gutters. I call the office and leave a message. I call the installer, no answer. 14. I receive a call back to be informed that the installer showed up and then left because he couldn't do the job alone. I ask to speak to somebody about rescheduling it as I have already had already wasted money on one flight for this installation. I ask to speak to a manager. Refused. I get a call from a manager to reschedule. Refused. 15. I call back 7 times over the next couple of weeks. I even have my wife call in addition. In messages, I tell them that my priority is getting the gutters installed as we have guests coming for Christmas. I offer to pay more if they had under priced the job. I ask for them to simply call me back if they decided they do not want the business. NOT ONE SINGLE CALL BACK. COMPLETE DISRESPECT AND PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. Run from this company. I have contracted with a different company and when I explain this to them, the quote from the Installer was, "I make so much money just fixing Budget Gutters bad installs." Do not use the company. There are too many other good ones to even consider them.

It has been a nightmare! Do not use!! We have been begging for them to come out and fix the leaky gutters they put up. It’s been months and nothing! They give a discount for payments made in cash. This is so you can’t dispute with your credit card company. Please stay away! They are the worst!

This matter has tried to be resolved by our company on multiple occasions. The customer was told that an additional downspout was needed from the beginning in which she refused as she did not want any additional downspout in the front of the home. After several months of going back and forth trying to resolve the matter and an area manager going to the home to explain this to the customer as well as our office staff she posted a bad review and then updated it with a good review on Google since the issue was not due to faulty work by our company rather than the customer refusing to have the issue resolved with an additional downspout as stated from day one (which she has now deleted stating that the issue is our fault which in fact it is not and could of been resolved) we can not fix an issue if the customer will not let us do so. At one point the customer finally agreed to the additional downspout being installed, our area manager tried to reach out to the customer to go install the downspout and was unable to reach the customer after several attempts. The customer contacted our office again and is now wanting additional work (extra downspout which she was told would be an additional charge and agreed to) to be completed free of charge. The customer is now lashing out by posting this review because she is not wanting to pay for the downspout that she was never charged for.

The most incompetent ,unprofessional and rude company imaginable. Left a filthy mess and most of the gutters they put in needed to be replaced. They still have some significant work to do but no longer even respond to phone calls or texts. Kevin was my main contact and he was about as customer unfriendly as you can get. I promise you I am not exaggerating. I paid by check and so they believe they can get away with it. All attempts to contact the owner were to no avail. I personally went to the Boynton Beach address ...they are no longer there.!!

I called for it to be repaired in July. Today Nov 9th after 6 attempts to reach both the area manager and the office I requested a time frame for my repair. The answer was several weeks. I asked what date they were working on so I could have an idea of where my name was on the list and she couldn't answer that. When I repeatedly asked the woman in the office for a time frame and her name so I could write down who I am speaking to, she disconnected the phone call with the excuse that another call was coming in. Is that call more important than mine? I see on their facebook page they are promoting their services so I guess they only want new business and have no intentions of repairing the faulty installation they did.
Description of Work: I had gutters installed in my house, first the back side of the house and then a couple of months later the front. The person who installed the front gutters did not grade them right and water spills onto my front walkway and puddles in the corner of the gutter. it needs to be regraded.

It was outstanding. They responded the next day after I called. I had 53 feet worth of damage due to the hurricane. They were out 2 days after that and were able to get my gutters repaired in about an hour. They did all this with just two guys. They were outstanding. Their price was lower than 2 other companies I called.

Kevin, the area manager was quick to respond to provide quote and once we finalized, he was ready to install the very next day and which he did. The guy who installed first of all using my neighbor's roof to climb on to my roof without her permission and when I asked him not to do that then he said he cannot work otherwise and was ready to leave without installing. While installing he removed the flash and didn't put it back in. Later I had to call roofer and paid him extra to fix it. After a week when it rained, the water was leaking between the joints from the spout. When we called Kevin , he neither picked up the call nor returned it. When I called at the office, the lady was extremely rude and wasn't willing to fix the damage. After couple of days, the spout broke. Again we called Kevin, he didn't picked up the phone. We had to hire other guy and paid him extra $100 to get it fixed. They give a good warranty but it's totally useless, when they don't pick up the call and even when they do they are too busy to fix the damage, where as while taking the quote and installation they were available to do the very next day. Take my word, stay away from these guys. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!

The installation of the gutters was done on 8/19/17 and the issue was called in to our office last week. The customer was extremely rude to the office staff & was yelling & demanding his be done that moment. The information was then forwarded to the area manager who then did a follow up call to the customer. They customer was told by the area manager that the issue would be resolved this week by our company and the customer agreed. Our office only received one call concerning the issue and the matter was scheduled for resolution of this week.

Went great! Amy provided copies of the Business license and insurance. She set up the installation and followed up afterward. David and his helper installed the gutters and help with a small job on another home in the neighborhood I was selling.

THE GOOD The company responded quickly to my interest of obtaining a quote for installation. Quote given was fair. Came close to other quotes obtained. THE FAIR OR BAD - The employee sent out for measure/quote failed to include everything requested. It wasn't until installation was completed that the installers showed us on drawing provided that the extra length for downspouts was not included on the drawing. There wasn't any way for us to determine this from the drawing itself. Due to concerns of proper installation (we had to direct installers several times of items overlooked) we reserved the right to hold a portion of payment temporarily to inspect work that had been completed. The company gave us a window of time for inspection. A rainstorm soon after alerted us to additional installation problems. The installers returned and corrected the problems. Not having the right color material to correct the downspout lengths they promised to return promptly and correct the downspout lengths. Didn't happen. Multiple calls were made to the company asking the worked be completed as requested. We were told the additional work would be an additional cost. This was agreed. So this is were the company gets from us a poor review. Budget Seamless Gutters failed to do the job as requested (even with additional cost). The company ignores calls of our request to complete job. Very Poor Customer Service.

All work as per stated and agreed upon at the time of the estimate was preformed by our company. As always the customer was given a written estimate/contract to be signed once agreed upon with the work to be done as stated per contract along with the cost of said work. Our company did the work as per agreed in the signed contract. Once install was completed as per contract payment is to be rendered at the time of installation. However this did not happen as the customer took it upon themselves to withhold $500 for several days for the services already rendered as it was done per contract & completed at that time. The customer called back for a repair which turned out to be additional work not a repair as it was not agreed upon in the initial quote given and the customer was explained this thoroughly. Our company then declined to do any additional work for this customer due to the fact that they withheld money for so long and we felt that there would be an issue again with obtaining payment yet again. Our company as any other company reserves the right to decide which jobs we wish to take on and in the occasional situation such as this we declined to do additional services. The customer was extremely upset when we declined to do the work and followed up that anger with this post. As for any issue/adjustment that was needed as always our company did return to follow up & take the steps to correct the issue in a timely manner.

It went GREAT !! They came out the same day I called to provide me with my estimate (free of charge might I add). The price was very affordable and they were able to get me on the books for installation the very next day. When the installers came out they did an amazing job. This company is VERY professional from the office staff that took my information during my initial call to the estimator and the installers. I would highly recommend Budget Seamless Gutters to all my friends and family. Wonderful people to deal with.

Budget gutters tour down our old gutters and replaced them with seamless gutters. I am very happy with the work done. They were on time and they were very patient with my grumpy husband who inspected them thoroughly like he does everything. They passed his test so I had to leave a review. I was impressed.
