He answered all of my questions and concerns and was great at explaining everything! The quality of work was on point and the price was very reasonable. Will definitely use them again.

Mr. Sanchez provided a set schedule to begin work and adhered to schedule. He has been trustworthy and followed through each detail, as well as being neat and clean with the project.

Answered my text the same day and came on time to give an estimate. Fixed the cabinet the next day. Cleaned the work area when finished. Courteous and professional. Price was reasonable.

I think they did not get back with me. His interaction with me was very nice; lovely. Everything was good except the price.

Initially, after Angie's List provided the contact, I received a call the next day. I was asked to supply pictures of the old mailbox and the new mailbox. I had already purchased all of the items for the installation. I provided the pictures the same evening but I did not hear anything again until the next week. I needed the job done and inquired again from Angie's List for another person to provide the service. I actually did hear from Benito Escauriza, the first referral, on Tuesday of the following week. He quoted me $80 for the job and he scheduled to come out the next day, Wednesday, at 2. He called a little after 2 and said he would be about a half hour later. He arrived at about 3:40. Benito did take the old mailbox down and install the new mailbox. He advised me that he did not usually perform the work himself, but another person by the name of Jose usually performed these jobs. He said that they do all property work, but when I asked if they did plumbing, such as leaky faucets, he advised that they don't like to do too much plumbing but they do painting, etc. I am satisfied with the work that was done, but not as satisfied with the response time.

Jose came over immediately after I called, and did an excellent job of hanging several large pictures and a very heavy mirror. His price was beyond reasonable, and he was very pleasant and helpful. Previously Benito put together furniture for us, and hung curtains throughout our home. I'm going to use Blue Water Home Maintenance for every project I need done in the future.

He was very professional and showed up on time. He was really great. I already have him set up for some other projects I need done and I referred him to my neighbor.

Benito clearly explained what he would do and provided a list of each item that he would repair. Both he and his very professional colleague completed every task to our satisfaction. We had work both inside and outside which needed to be done. There was some stucco repair and painting, some metal that had rusted and needed to be filled and repaired, outdoor cabinetry had to be repaired and doors had to be rehung. I highly recommend Benito and the men who work beside him are equally competent and great to work withl.l

The provider showed up over an hour late to the appointment without prior notice that they would be late. Came with three workers and took over 6 hours to assemble the four pieces of furniture. They did not notice that the TV stand needed to be tightened so when they tried to install it (After requesting bolts be bought - in which they did not give the correct information on what they required to do the job). They broke the $130 TV stand. They left all of the garbage from the job and the area in which they worked in disorder (Requesting more money to clean up after themselves). They could not give a realistic estimate on putting together the furniture and argued as to how slow they were working. My assumption is that 3 professionals should be able to assemble 4 items of furniture in less than 6 hours. I also assume that they would be professional enough to notice and notify the customer that the item they were asked to hang was not secure enough and that they may need to fix or hold off hanging it as it would be damaged. They took advantage of the fact that it was a young single women's apartment as she was afraid to ask them why to was taking so long for these 3 workers to perform this task.

He was very attentive to all the details of getting it just right and precisely where we wanted it. He also gave us estimates for a few more jobs we need done and we will soon be using his services again.

Benito was a pleasure to work with. He was prompt in giving us a written estimate and was very knowledgeable about everything we asked him. The quality of his work was excellent. He had a helper with him the first day who was also a pleasure to work with. We are planning to use Benito again to paint a room and for any other jobs that we may have. He was very neat and did a good job of cleaning up.

Benito is a gentleman. He was timely and responsive. A pleasure to deal with. He communicated well, was in and was out and his price was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend him or use him again...

Benito was able to come out and quote the project within a few days. Originally I only wanted him to work on 3 doors that I had recently installed myself. He did such a good job and the price was so reasonable I had him do a couple of more doors that were soon to need work. I had quotes from a couple of others but one was high and I wasn't sure the other had actually done this kind work before.

Mr Escauriza was wonderful to deal with. He got to the work at hand, and engaged us every step of the way when it was necessary. He is a true professional, and it is clear from his skills, that he often handles very large job as well. He is more than just a handyman, I also see him as an individual who would be an excellent gen contractor. I would rely on him for any handyman work I have but also for bigger jobs as well. He is not only a pleasure to deal with but is also a very competent and dependable individual I would tell anyone who reads this to utilize the services of Mr. E. His prices were more than fair and the quality of his work was outstanding.

This was our second time with Benito. We are very thrilled with Benito. We hired Benito for some general work when we first moved in, in the fall, and his professionalism and knowledge prompted us to call him for this bigger job. His crew of workers equally showed expertise in anything he had them do.

It went well. The painting turned out nice, and the new wall looks good.

It went well... the kitchen sink floor looks good & the electrical outlet works. But as for the ceramic baseboard, he didn't grout or caulk the pieces together. I could have glued them in place myself... it was the caulking that I knew I wouldn't be able to do professionally looking & ended up doing anyway so I did feel that I was overcharged with that part of the work.

This was 3rd time I had Benito to repair my rental property. Everything went great.

How did it go? GREAT!!!. Benito is one of the nicest people you'd ever want to work with. What he brings to the term handyman is Craftsmanship! He's not afraid to tell you when he feels he'd be going in over his head, unlike others I've worked with who will say anything to "get the job". Benito shows up on time, is always neat (same for his helper), thinks on his feet and doesn't just "get the job", he Gets it Done and done right. Very fastidious about the Quality of his work, absolutely the best "Handyman" I have ever used and unlike some others out, he requests payment only AFTER the work is complete. I would call him for any job I may have and be estatic if he said "yes, I can do that"

This was 2nd time I had him to fix things for my rental properties. He offers reasonable price up front, honest and did a wonderful job.

It went great, he was on time, meaning 15 minutes early, he was respectful. If he didn't know how to do something, he was upfront. He gave advise and was really fair.

, His visit was excellent. He was on time and very thorough. He's coming back very soon to help me disengage and hanging TV, take down shelving, and rearrange the room. He's the BEST!

I am very impressed with Benito and would absolutely, whole heartedly recommend him. My husband had removed the 3" baseboards in most of our house when he installed our tile, and never got around to putting it back up. My husband had also replaced a door that had extensive termite damage when we moved into the house, but again, never got around to trimming the door to hide the rough edges and make it looked finished. Benito came out, measured, and gave me a fair price for the installation of the baseboard (I chose to provide the materials), and also looked at the door for the trim work. My husbands installation had left a few gaps but Benito said no problem, he would be able to fix it and make it look good. When he left I was provided a written quote as well as a list of materials I needed to purchase with the quantities. He recommended we install a thicker 5" baseboard instead of the 3" that I had previously in the house and gave me the name of a company where I could get a wholesale price for it. He even dropped off a sample for me the next day as a courtesy so I could consider it. I am SO glad I went with Benito's recommendation. I purchased the much nicer baseboard and saved myself money in the process since the company he told me to contact came in $100 cheaper than Lowes/Home Depot for a much more sophisticated look. On the day of installation, Benito and his team showed up and got right to work. I work from home, and they were VERY courteous to try not to disturb me, and even stopped work a couple of times so I could take an important call - I really appreciated that. The work completed was impeccable, which I came to appreciate even more when I touched up the paint on the trim that night. The nail holes were very small and placed in inconspicuous parts on the moulding (most were under the lip of it, where you couldn't even see them). When they were done, I think they actually left the area CLEANER than when they found it. The door trim I was worried about looked amazing when he was done - it looks like it had been there for years, and you can't even tell he had to fill in gaps. Again, I couldn't be happier and look forward to working with Benito on my next project.
