Description of Work: Ovi and his assistant were fantastic! They stuck to their estimate, and did a fabulous job. We had 2 bathrooms re-tiled (floors and walls) and they look amazing! Highly recommend - not only great work, but great guys to deal with. Thank you Ovi!

Description of Work: He repaired and replaced some broken ceramic tile in the kitchen and then he sealed it with matching color grout. He did three different sections on three different walls. A He put clear silicon material around the edges and underneath the kitchen countertop. The second floor the 2nd apartment, his silicone around the bathtub, where the tile meets the tub, without me asking, he asked if I wanted to so he did that. He did three things upstairs. I did say that he left to go shopping for the right product and right color. okay on my floor, I have a um...fireplace from the 1870s with tile that had been lose for a while and needed regrouted and so he said he could do it and he ended up grouting all or putting grout all over to match it. I was just hoping, you know that I love the fire placed and he did an excellent job on that. So when he came out and only asked about the counter top and maybe the kitchen, but he ended up also doing other things. So in my bathroom, he removed old silicone around the you know where the tub meets the tile that wasn’t, you know paid a handyman who did this who did a bum job. He then put new silicone around this edge and put a clear silicone material and it looks beautiful. In my kitchen he removed old hard, idk silicon, that was behind my sink, you know where the sink ends and meets the plash , that was all cracked and looked moldy, it was just cracked, he worked hard and removed that. After he removed it, he put silicone there, and he asked me before he went to the store and asked if I wanted to do the silicone on the counters and he did the silicone all the around the counters. I was quite impressed, he did a good job and he was quite intuitive and it has bugged me for a while and wasn’t sure if I could get someone to do this and he did such a good job. He was wonderful to work with and he cleaned up after himself, he did a really good job of cleaning up, there was such little dust. When I was writing the check one of the things broke on the cabinet wasn’t closing all the way, I asked him about it and he fixed it right away, wow I am so pleased to work with him, he was very intuitive and he always asked me if I wanted stuff done. He when he fixed my cabinet I was so impressed, he could have grabbed the check and go, but he figured to help the senior said I was a nice lady sure. He was absolutely excellent, professional and a perfectionist and I would highly recommend him to anyone else.

Description of Work: Did a great job caulking two tubs. Would use again.

Description of Work: They came out and caulked throughout an income property for me in between tenants. They took care of one kitchen sink, one tub, one shower, two bathroom sinks. Did a really nice job but charged extra for anything not included in the deal that I bought.

Description of Work: Ovie, the owner and only worker for this company ( terrible english ) could not keep a single appt to come over to bid the job. ( gave him 4 chances). 2 of the 4 times it was total "no-shows." Then when he did show up, he was demanding 60% of the price to be paid upfront even though I had purchased all of the materials already and it was basically his labor that was needed. Didn't feel like getting scammed... Stay away form this guy. In my opinion he'd be a nightmare.

Description of Work: Ovi tiled our bathroom, which we'll use as a shower room. He'd never had a job without a shower pan, or barrier free, so was eager for the project. He followed our plan and helped us understand what we needed to make it work. Looks amazing.

Description of Work: Renovated the bathroom with new tiles. The work performed was flawless.
