Best Quality Tiles

Ovi came and installed an area of ceramic tile on my kitchen floor. Ovi is great! He’s personable, professional and does great work! It looks beautiful, I’m so happy with it and I would definitely hire him again.

We hired Ovi to remodel out master bathroom and we are very pleased with the way it turned out. He transformed our dark, dated bathroom into a brighter, more usable space. He did all the work himself and the tile work especially looks fabulous. He has a great attention to detail and asked questions if he had them to ensure the work was being done right. He takes pride in his work and wants to get the job done right. He is very good about communicating details and letting you know what time he will show up and he was also very punctual when arriving when he said he would. His pricing was very competitive; we ended up buying all the tiles, fixtures, etc ourselves and had them waiting for him when he began the job. I would recommend him for any remodeling needs you may have. Ovi is a true professional. We are very happy we went with him to do the work. Re-tile Bathroom floor, shower floor, and shower wall

Great. Sometimes you never know about the person you hire. Are they honest, do they do what you agree to and do they care about the result. Ovie, from Best Quality Tiles, works like it’s his own home. What a wonderful man. His attention to detail is wonderful I only wish I had another bathroom to remodel. But this I know is true If I ever need work performed in my home, I will call Ovie first and ask him if he can do the job. I look forward to my next remodeling job together, whatever it is

Ovi did an outstanding job for the bathroom remodel. He finished the project in just about two weeks. He was very thorough and paid great attention to detail. He also helped us with picking up tiles (over 700 lbs) from the Tile Shop in his work van. He was always on time and kept us informed of the progress on the project. Ovi did a fantastic job installing my kitchen tile backsplash in a herringbone design. From the initial phone call to get an estimate, Ovi was very responsive, explained the process, and answered all of my questions. After scheduling a date for the installation, Ovi was punctual and showed up at my house on time early in the morning, and he was on time every morning after that as well. I used 4x12" ceramic tiles for the backsplash and wanted a herringbone design on the entire wall. Herringbone is a difficult design to do because of the hundreds of cuts required on the bottom, sides, tops, and 5 outlet openings, this was not an easy task. However, Ovi worked diligently to make sure the pattern was consistent on the entire wall and inside corner. Ovi was professional, and he listened attentively to any questions or concerns that I had. He was quick to address my concerns and offered his insight. He also worked hard to finish installing the tiles on the second day so there was enough time to grout the day after. Lastly, he cleaned up the work area each day. After the install, I noticed a dent in one of the tiles. Ovi was kind enough to come back and fix it for me even though he lives far from my house. I really appreciated him doing this - great customer service. Overall, I'm very pleased with the quality of Ovi's installation and the backsplash looks gorgeous- it definitely exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Ovi since he takes the time and effort to ensure you're happy with the results. Do not hesitate in hiring Ovi for the job!

Job went very well. Ovi is very punctual and easy to schedule. He does very good tile work and has many other construction skills. He gave me very helpful suggestions on other repairs and possible remodeling. He’s also very personable and most importantly I trusted him and the work he was doing. Ovi responded quickly and professionally to our request for a quote. He came and viewed the work needed and provided a reasonable quote. We asked for his estimate bc he has excellent reviews on line. We are needing to postpone the work due to unrelated issue but I see that he is professional, prompt and reliable. Would recommend him to others.

Ori did a spectacular job from demolition to installing tile, fixtures and painting. He was punctual and professional and helped me find another vendor for a glass shower door. The tile is beautiful, I love my bathrooms again and it could not have gone better!

Ovi was easy to get in touch with and came the next day to give an estimate. A time, date, and price was agreed to. Ovi touched base 2 days before the appointment and arrived right on schedule the day of the work. The work was done professionally and in the time estimate that was given. He left the bathroom and shower as clean as he found it. If we have any tile work done in the future, we will call Ovi. Ovi was great. Before he came out, I had a different contractor (Daniel's Home Improvement - DO NOT USE) partially install a ceramic floor. They damaged the walls, laid the tile wrong, and didn't come back for the second day of the job. I Ovi was a breath of fresh air. He came to give me a quote, asked lots of good questions, and worked to accommodate my schedule. The day he arrived, Ovi worked fast and thoroughly. He didn't cut any corners. When he came back the second day, he was prompt and exact. He asked good, clarifying questions about what I wanted. When he struggled to reinstall the sink properly, he got his own parts and fixed it without my asking. The floor looks great, and I would hire Ovi again. He was a great reprieve from my first contractor.

Ovi removed our old tile, leveled the floors and installed tile in our entryway, kitchen backsplash and kitchen floor. Ovi was easy to work, punctual, and did an excellent job. The kitchen turned out to be a more complex and time consuming job than Ovi had originally expected but he was very flexible and accommodated requested changes. The completed job looks fantastic. We would definitely recommend Ovi for any tile work.

Ovi did an amazing job retiling the shower in our master bathroom. I called many tile companies to get estimates and he was not only the best price, but the nicest and most professional on the phone. And that kindness and professionalism extended through the whole job. He responded quickly to questions I had before the work began, showed up exactly when he said he was going to, did great work, and even remembered our cat's name. All in all, I could not be happier with the work he did and would hire him again in a heartbeat and recommend him to anyone who needs work done.

We needed help fixing a pre-existing porcelain and granite tile floor. It was a difficult job because the original tiles are cut to an odd size, and are no longer made. Also, the original installation of the tiles was done improperly, which is what led to cracked tiles and grout. Ovi helped us obtain the closest match we could find for the tiles, pulled the bad tiles up, re-installed a whole section, and then re-grouted. Ovi is not only a reasonably priced, highly skilled tradesman, but he is also incredibly honest, personable, kind. We will definitely be utilizing Ovi's services again in the future, and we highly recommend his work.
