Estimator/owner was helpful in checking the colors we had selected. His presentation was very thorough. We requested some additions to the contract which he agreed to. Workers came on time. Were careful in moving furniture, covering furniture and floors. They sanded walls and painted two coats as requested. They carefully placed painter's tape on areas where two colors met so that lines were straight and there was no bleeding from one surface to the other. All in all an excellent job and we would recommend them without hesitation.

The bathroom was a mess, and when the tile was removed from the wall, we realized just what a mess it was. The workers replaced the wallboard and insulation, plumbers came in and installed new fixtures, and they installed new tile on the floor and walls. The walls and ceiling were painted, and new light fixtures were installed--they didn't even charge extra to do that. We had two wall mirrors that were not terrible, but with all the new tile and paint, looked kind of worn, so they suggested to us the idea of just framing the mirrors with white wood. It only cost $65.00, including materials, and the two mirrors look like new. The best part was they worked nonstop to finish it in 10 days so it would be ready when our daughter got here.

When we bought a house and immediately realized the whole interior needed painting, we found Benchmark on Angie's List. Martin, the company president answered our call, and was at the house that afternoon to give us an estimate. His workers came the next day to get started. They removed wallpaper, prepped and sanded the walls, picked up the paint from the store, and put two coats on the walls and also painted all the baseboards and trim. A couple of places had some mold and drywall damage, which they repaired. The crew came early every day and worked nonstop until it was done, since we were on a tight deadline with the moving company. On the day our furniture was being moved in, they got everything cleaned up and out of the house in time. The workers were polite and hard working, and did a great job.

We were having the whole interior of our house painted, and had crown molding put in two rooms during that process. They did a beautiful job, and worked it into the process of painting. This cost covered all materials and labor, and it makes such a difference in those rooms, we wish we had done the whole downstairs!

Martin was on time for the initial visit and was very through in reviewing the work to be completed. He provided the estimate on time and the work started and finished on schedule. His craftsmen were professional with excellent attention to the details. The price was fair and all work was completed as agreed. I recommend Benchmark for all home projects.

Excellent job. Martin and the painting crew were thoroughly professional from beginning to end. All work was performed as offered and slightly ahead of time. Even when a little wood damage was discovered it was gladly repaired and painted for no extra charge. The house looks terrific.

Martin was courteous from the start. We received a quote within 12 hours and were able to book him quickly and around our schedule. The team he sent was courteous and competent while willing to take the extra step to make us comfortable and satisfied.

Everything went smoothly. On the same day I contacted Martin, he returned my call and scheduled an estimate. Once we decided on the company (the following week), I contacted Martin to schedule the painting. He actually had an opening 2 days later. The job was estimated to take 2 days, however, it took 3 days with approx 3-5 painters at different times. His crew was excellent and very hard-working, staying late the first two days and completing the job the third day. I did not get the name of the manager of the crew, but he was very professional in his conduct and management of his painters. Notes: Martin did not call to pressure me to obtain his services like another company we contacted. Martin stopped by in person the second day to check on the progress of the work. Martin also placed a follow-up call to me to ensure everything was completed to satisfaction. Overall, good execution from providing the estimate, during the paint job and follow-up afterwards.

The painter came on time as promised. He was very careful and worked very neatly. All work areas were covered. The job was completed in one day with the exception of, replacement of some corner strips, which were installed as promised the next day. When the work was completed, everything was was put back in place and the place was left clean. Mr. Devincenti called me personally to see if I had any complaints.

Endier Martinez (the company team chief) and his crew were outstanding in every regard. They were timely, courteous and extremely professional. They performed above my expectations. When the weather looked like it might rain, they agreed to stop work and return the next day to ensure that rain water would not ruin the sealer for the deck or driveway. Each day they thoroughly cleaned up the work area. Quality workmanship was a big plus. I highly recommend them and would hire them again in the future.

The work was done within the time frame given. The wall and ceiling look great and no mess was left.

The work was excellent. Martin came right out, gave me an estimate and also set up the roof repair. I live in Miami, so I never even met Martin or his crew at the property - we negotiated everything over the phone and he emailed over a bunch of pictures so I could see the damage, the repairs and the finished product. We're very satisfied with the work, the price was very fair and Martin is very responsive and extremely easy to work with. I especially appreciated that Martin oversaw a project that had several components - roof repair, carpentry (replacing fascia and molding) and also painting - and it was all done "long distance" without me having to come up and meet him at the property. Would definitely use them again and would highly recommend to anyone.

Overall, we were very pleased with the job. Martin was punctual to our appointments and his crew as well. Everything went off without problems and they followed my instructions perfectly well. I highly recommend Benchmark.

The job was wonderful - I am pleased as can be. Finally I am rid of the builders awful white walls. Benchmark was just great to work with from Martin, the estimator to the crew that he sent.

Bathroom was demolished and all debris promptly removed. Job proceeded quickly. Work area was cleaned at the end of each day. Everything ran smoothly -- and the bathroom is beautiful!

I contacted Martin on a Tuesday, several weeks after receiving his estimate, to find out if it was possible to squeeze me in that same week, as we had company coming the next Monday. He arranged for two painters, Steve and Ender, to be here that Saturday morning. They arrived on time, worked professionally, covered everything, cleaned up after themselves, and did a fantastic job painting our living room, dining room, and hallway. Martin called during the day to make sure that I was satisfied with progress so far, and made himself available if I had any questions or concerns. I had none, and am very satisfied with the results. I will definitely use Benchmark for other projects in my home.

I contacted Martin by email. He promptly responded and came to my house for an estimate. All work was completed in three days. The floors, ceiling fans and furniture were covered. The floors were swept each day and supplies neatly stored in the closet. The work is beautiful. I am extremely satisfied and have already spoken to Martin, about remodeling two bathrooms and a kitchen. It is a pleasure to work with someone who is polite, knowledgeable and professional. I can't wait to start our next project!

Martin and his guys were amazing, they were prompt, courteous, but most of all they were extremely neat which was my biggest concern. They put traps everywhere to make sure that they didn't splash paint on our deck or our plants in our landscape. What more could you ask for, price was great and the team that showed up produced a beautiful end result. I would highly recommend his company for any painting job. I would also not use anyone else but them.
