This was an excellent experience. Being a general contractor for 30 years we've used a lot of painters, and this guy is the best. We would absolutely work with him in the future. This work cost between $10,000-$15,000.

They were very professional and gave me a good quality bid. I chose to go with the incumbent that I had on site. I would absolutely consider them in the future.

They were very professional. They did everything on time and per specifications. They were meticulous in detail and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them. Their pricing was fair.

Everything was done neatly. The supervisor stayed with the worker and explained everything to him. He said it would take about 2 hours and it was done in an hour and a half. The supervisor checked the work and it was done very well. We were very pleased. We will be using them again.

Excellent. They use nontoxic chemicals and use a machine to shampoo the tiles versus just spraying them. They look brand new.

Benchmark had previously remodeled 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. Didn't hesitate to call them again for help with the kitchen. Cabinets were ordered from another company-Benchmark installed everything. The project took about 3 weeks. The men arrived each day about 7:30 AM, working 6 days a week until project was completed. They cleaned up every day before leaving-everything was vacuumed, dusted and all tools put away. They have the key to my house and worked while I was at the office. My kitchen is absolutely beautiful!!

From start to finish the Benchmark staff (especially their foreman Endere) was extremely proficient and professional. Their work was impeccable and often times they went above and beyond what they had to do, in some cases even correcting shortcuts the original builder took. They finished the entire 3000 sq ft job on time (approx 6 days) by working through the weekend. Without hesitation they came back the following weekend to make some minor fixes that my wife and I had found. Everyone who's seen the finished product has been extremely impressed. Our family, who witnessed most of the progression of the job, said they would definitely hire Benchmark for any of their painting needs in the future.

I called the company and they sent a man to do an estimate for me the next day. I received the written estimate by email 24 hours later. I called a few days later to contract with them to do the work, was told it would take 3 days and the work would start on Wednesday of the next week. The first morning the project coordinator, Boris, showed up and introduced Alberto, the person who would be preforming the work. They were very professional and courteous. As the work progressed, a (new) kitchen cabinet door was damaged by a drywall saw and it wasn't going as quickly as I had been told it would. Alberto asked If he could come back on Saturday to complete the work and that it would take a couple of hours. After about four hours I told him I had to go out and needed him to leave. He said he would come back Monday morning to finish up. Meanwhile, I spoke to Boris about the replacement of the cabinet door (The cabinet company said it couldn't just be repaired). On Tuesday, Alberto said he was finished and I asked If Boris was coming back to be paid. He called Boris and allowed me to talk to him. We made an appointment for later in the day. I was not satisfied with some aspects of the work and Boris reviewed the work and was even more critical than I. I also pointed out that the furniture was still in the middle of the room in the living room (in other rooms too, but I only needed help with replacing one huge heavy piece) and there was refuse from the work left on the side of my house. He assured me that someone would be back first thing the next morning. Low and behold, Alberto shows up in a bad mood. He asked me what I was unsatisfied about and I showed him. He told me that was the way it was and that he had to pay for the cabinet door out of his own pocket and had lost work because of me. Did I want this fellow to continue working in my house? NOOOOOOOOO! His attitude was not the best. He called someone on the phone and came back in and started working. The saga continues........

Needed to come back a couple of times because the paint didn't stick and it rained while they were painted. Came back immediately and never complained.

I contacted Benchmark to fix a curtain rod that was pulling away from the wall. We discussed the issue and I sent pictures via e-mail of the issue so they could bid the job properly as the rod is some 14-15 feet off of the floor. Once bid, as I do not own the house, I had to get approval from the landlord and then set a date. After some delayed communications, we set a date and they crew showed up on time. They took care to prepare the area so as to not mar the floors or the furniture, as if they were painting. I would definitely hire them for painting after seeing this level of care. Originally, the intention was to rehang the rod using molly bolts to secure them better. When the crew found the concrete wall was not far behind the sheet rock, they instead hung the brackets with tapcons. Good thinking. The job was done well, on-time and within budget. Could I say more? I highly recommend Benchmark.

We contacted Benchmark (among other contractors) because of their high rating on Angie's list. Their price was competitive and their rating was excellent. They started when they said they would and provided a foreman to coordinate the activities. The foreman (Boris) was very cooperative and communicative. We had to coordinate delivery of the tile, cabinets, appliances and carpeting and Benchmark scheduled around the deliveries. The crew was very professional and worked through weekends to maintain schedule. There were a few added items that I requested that were not in the original estimate but the price for the added work was very fair. They completed the work on schedule and left the place neat and clean. There were a few problems that I found after they completed and they came out and fixed those problems quickly. I am very pleased with the results and highly recommend Benchmark.

They were very professional and very good. They got the paint and supplies and I didn't have to do anything. The workers were very quiet and hard working. I would definitely use them again.

The owner, Martin Devincenti, personally came to our house in order to give an estimate. He was courteous and knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. Shortly thereafter, he sent us a written estimate detailing the surface preparation, the paint to be used, and the work to be done in each room, with the price broken down by room. He estimated three days to do the work, which his crew achieved. He was able to schedule the job on the dates desired. The crew consisted of four men, who were all polite, hardworking and skillful. The crew chief was friendly both to us and to his men, and the crew obviously had a good rapport. They devoted considerable time to preparing the walls properly before painting. Following removal of wallpaper, a water-damaged section of wall board was discovered below a window, I authorized its removal and replacement, which they carried out so well that the patch was undetectable. When painting, they applied the paint neatly and smoothly. They correctly followed our paint schedule, which involved different colors and sheens for different areas. They left the work area neat and tidy at the end of each day and did a thorough cleanup at the end of the job. My wife and I are very pleased with the results of their work, which is of the highest professional quality.

Superbly! Martin gave us an estimate broken down into components as we requested. They started on time and completed as scheduled. They are the best house painters I have used in my 35 yrs of home ownership. If areas needed extra work or touch-up, they did it on their own. We had to have wood trim added to the kitchen cabinets after they completed the painting and they had been paid for the job. They returned, primed and painted the new trim and touched up damage caused to walls and doors by moving companies, all without any extra charge. The painters were courteous, friendly and cleaned up after each day of work. I give them my highest recommendation!

I had Martin come out to our house and give us separate quotes for the different areas in our home that we needed painted. We decided to not do the bedrooms at this time as we did not have the funds available. Still they came out and did a fantastic job on the work we hired them for. They removed the wallpaper and finished the wall in the dining room where we had mirrors removed as well as sanding the wall in the bathroom. They cleaned up when they were done and it looks great!

They did an excellent job. They were timely, neat, efficient and fare in their pricing.

I couldn't have been more pleased. I have never been more impressed with a contractor since I have been in Florida. The site manager was phenomenal. Their bid was competitive and used the best products.

Martin was prompt with his visit to quote us. His price was comparable to other quotes we received. The painters arrived on time each work day (4 days). They were neat, kept the house tidy, and were very polite. Even though the foreman had to leave early for an emergency, our home was spotless and the job was still completed without delay. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend them.

Contractor provided his cell number and was very accessible, even when on vacation prior to starting the work. Workers arrived when they said they would, cleaned up after themselves every day, and completed the job in four days. They took pride in doing a good job and pleasing us.
