Got an estimate, called them with 1 day notice as we got back from vacation and moved the same week. They responded and gave me a special price, 2 painters for 8 hours for $595. The painters arrived on time, set up and began work. They were both very professional, little talk and clean, neat work. They completed 4 rooms which I felt was beyond expectations. I would highly reccmmend this company and will use them again when required.

Overall, the job is beautiful and professional. The entire staff is a delight to work with.

From the initial contact on the phone to the completion of the project on time, this company has been completely professional. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. They cheerfully made the additions and changes that I asked them to do, and left the work area clean and neat every evening before they left. Martin visited the worksite to see how work was progressing, and Juan, the project manager, was very professional and accommodating. This is the second time we have used Benchmark, and feel they are far superior to any other company. I will highly recommend them to anyone.

Martin came within a few days of my phone call to Benchmark and inspected the property and within days had emailed me a fair quote. I had to reschedule a second visit and Sherry, who answered the phone, was very compassionate about my schedule change due to my father's illness, which was really appreciated. Since I was spending at least $2500, I took advantage of their special which included a visit from a design consultant to help me choose my colors. Mark Hancock, the designer, came to my condo and he was just delightful! I enjoyed the hour I had with him and he was extremely helpful - not just with the colors but also with furniture placement and other design choices. He made very useful recommendations on how to stage the condo in case I decide to sell. I used all the colors he recommended in every room and they all came out perfect. The crew showed up exactly on time on the first day and they were ready to go. We discussed each room with Bob, the foreman, the colors that were chosen and any other items that needed to be addressed. Over the course of the next two days, four painters patched and painted each room in my condo. They were fast, polite and efficient and they did an excellent job. They removed an metal plate from my old hurricane shutter crank from a plaster wall and you can't tell it was ever there. Bob suggested that we replace our electrical outlets and switches and we agreed to do that, since some of the outlets were sparking. After the painting was done, Erick from EMC Enterprises spent over four hours making the replacements and explaining what he was doing. He was super professional and did a meticulous job. Overall, our experience with Benchmark and all their associates was excellent! They made it painless and I look forward to hiring them again in the future.

I emailed Benchmark They returned my call and went out to give me an estimate in a matter of a couple of days. They prepared a contract within 48 hours. I agreed and they proceeded with arranging the work dates. They stated the work would be completed in 2 days and it was. They have an Ituit site where you can pay your bill online--very smart!

Martin came and gave us an estimate and we advised him that we wanted to use Behrs paint. As some of other vendors would give you a price but it would not include high quality paint. Martin indicated that he only uses high quality paint and that the paint was our choice. He gave us an estimate that was extremely reasonable. After seeing the quality of the company I decided to add crown molding. He listened to me in terms of the kind of style I wanted and brought a sample that was perfect. He then gave me an estimate which again I thought was reasonable. In all cased, he only took a 50% deposit and the remainder after I was satisfied upon completion. His staff that he sent were excellent! The paint and the molding came out great! I would recommend this company highly!!

Martin gave us estimates on how much it would be to have the interior and exterior parts of our home painted. We also had the roof power washed. We had the interior of the home painted before we moved in last August. Ender and his team did a fantastic job painting the interior and exterior of our home. They were very detail-oriented. His team was always professional, courteous, efficient, friendly, and neat as possible. They returned in April to paint the exterior of our home. We cannot give Ender, the team leader on both the interior and exterior projects, enough praise. He was a pleasure to work with during the entire project, and he made sure his team did the work properly, neatly, and professionally. He is a great asset to the company. Although Benchmark is not the lowest in price, we believe they are the highest in quality. We are very pleased with the work Benchmark performed on our home, and give our highest recommendation. They are a top-notch company in all regards. We definitely plan to call upon them again when we want to have more work done on our home.

A very professional company! They showed up on time, did a very neat job and completed the job in 3 days, as promised. All of the workers were courteous and the foreman walked me through the house at the end to make sure I was satisfied. I would definitely use Benchmark again, and absolutely recommend them.

Martin gave me the second best price out of five bidders and was quite responsive when I started to 'compare apple to apple". However, after the third or fourth e-mail with detailed questions about what I will be getting from him for my money he visibly lost interest. When I reminded him about the promise to refer me to his cabinet maker for direct discussion of the details of custom made furniture, which Martin could not answer himself, he... simply disappered.

2nd time using Benchmark. Everyone from Martin, Sherry, Carlos and his team were very responsive. Martin provided the estimate and scheduling, Sherry answered any questions we had and helped us with the invoices, Carlos and his team installed the crown & chair rail molding and painted. Thank you, once again!!

All of our concerns were addressed, and all of the work was completed with skill. Our house looks much improved, and we would call Benchmark again in the future. In addition, all of the people we worked with at Benchmark were professional and courteous.

I really thought that people at Benchmark Painting and Carpentry Company were professional. I?m actually planning to use them in little a while to paint another part of my house. When they came to give me the quote, they seemed very knowledgeable. They did a great job following up. I ended up going with another company based on friend?s reference and it came up to $500 lesser than what Benchmark had quoted me. However, I felt that it wasn?t worth the savings and I honestly thought that I should have gone with Benchmark Painting and Carpentry Company. I would absolutely contact them in the future.

I had been putting off this job for several years because I hated the thought of living with it. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy this company made it. From start to finish everything was done in a professional manner from selecting paint colors to setting the date. The estimated time was 3 days and they finished in 21/2. Four workmen came right on time each morning and did not dawdle. The were very well organized. I asked them to do my bedroom first and by the end of the day it was done, furniture all back in place. They repaired spots as required and checked over everything. Whatever needed redoing was taken care of. I am so pleased with their work. The price I was quoted was what I paid. I would certainly use this company again and recommend them to friends.

They were on time, but they did the minimum amount of work. They were adequate at best.

I choose Benchmark because of the reports listed on Angie's List. They touched up some trim around the front of the house and garage. They also pressure washed the roof and cleaned out the gutters. One side of the gutters were clean, the other was not. We were not very happy with the work done. It was much more expensive than what the neighbors paid. They were late, messy and let our water hose run. We also had to clean up after them.

Martin was very responsive during the quoting stage. He was on time for the initial walk through and delivered the estimate on schedule.Martin was also very helpful with the color selections. We had one other estimate which was at approximately the same pricing but based on Angie's List we selected Benchmark. Wilson and Carlos were the painters and were excellent. Even though the wallpaper removal was more difficult due to no primer coat and they had to redo two areas, the final finish was excellent. Wilson replaced the medicine chests and lighting in the two baths. He was very resourceful in solving several problems such as interference with pipes and moving the wiring for the lighting. Wilson and Carlos were very particular and did an excellent job including cleaning up at the end. Even though it took an extra day due to the primer problem and a few additions we made, the final price was only adjusted for the extras we added. I highly recommend Benchmark and will use them again in the future. We are planning on redoing our office and half-bath.

Martin was very responsible to my initial request for a quote on my 4/2 house in Weston. After getting quotes from other company, I decided to hire the Benchmark company. They started the next day (Saturday) and finished the job on Wednesday. Four days with a crew of 4 painters. The head crew, Carlos, introduced himself on the day of arrival and they immediately started painting. Within a couple of hours, my house already looked different and at the end of the day I felt I had made the right decision. Carlos was always communicating with me, even if they had some delay to arrive in the morning he would call me to let me know. The crew was very professional, honest, caring for the job they were doing and did a remarkable job. They did not leave any dust or rubish behind, vaccum and swept the floor before leaving. I rewarded the crew by buying lunch for the 4 of them on the last day as a token of appreciation to an excellent job accomplished. I have to have my exterior painted and will certainly re hire the company and that specific crew.

We hired Benchmark to help us update our home. They installed and painted 9 new interior solid core doors and trim. They installed new hardware on the doors. They removed the old doors and frames. They also installed new door and drawer fronts on all of our kitchen cabinets. They also removed two french doors with sidelights and replaced them with Pella sliding patio doors. They removed a bay window and replaced it with a new Pella bay window. The exterior window and doors involved extensive product approval from the building department in order to meet the current codes. Martin made numerous trips to the building department in order to accomplish this including getting Engineer letters to satisfy code requirements. The workmen were all very gifted craftsmen, very professional and always cleaned up (polish clean) at the end of the day. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone. They were great.
