Disappointing, because they were late in responding to my initial request, they were late in giving me an estimate and then never sent me a corrected estimate. They were courteous during the visit for the estimate.

The office from Benchmark Painting called a day before the planned appointment and canceled it. I called Benchmark Painting and spoke to Martin, the owner, and he said he did not want to get involved with multiple people? I found it unprofessional the owner did not keep the appontment to even look at the job to see what was entailed as we had never spoke to each other about the job.

they arrived on time as scheduled each day. they were neat, polite and very professional. both painters were skillled and experienced. We would not hesitate to use Benchmark again.

Bob came out for an estimate and provided a written proposal very quickly. The work was schedule for about 4 weeks out. The crew did a nice job and everything look well done when completed.I would use Benchmark again.

From extimation to completion the process went very smoothly. Had a few glitches when they needed their painters on another job and then I was hospitalized but it all worked out. Give and take on both ends. Wonderful people to work with and my particular painters were very considerate. Very neat work.

Had not used Benchmark before, this was a good introduction. Giovanni arrived on time, had all his own tools and supplies, I provided the paint. He works very neat and did not leave any mess. Very pleasant young man, did his work and didn't dawdle. I will definitely use Benchmark again, we have an older house that always needs something done, and I think I've found my new contractor.

They finished the job in a week and painted the entire house.

I would give them an A+ rating and I have already recommended them to our housing associations and I will use them again in the future.

They are quite good. We've used them in the past and they did such an excellent job that we didn't do any comparison shopping this time. We've used them several times before.

Very nice experience, appointment was setup for an estimate, they arrived on the day scheduled (I didn't have to be there) and the estimate was e-mail to me the same day. Received a follow up phone call the next day asking if I had an questions or concerns and would I like to schedule the work. I scheduled the work a couple of weeks later, received a phone call the day of apologizing for not contacting me sooner but they had to push my job to the next day. The weather had pushed all the jobs out by a day. Next day received a call from the crew confirming my homes location. Came home from work to a beautiful looking patio. Job well done!!!

Martin, the owner, showed up for an estimate on time. He was very professional, and I had the estimate by the end of the day. I selected the paint colors and the crown moulding. Following his visit, Angie, his faux painter came, and she gave me great advice on what needed to be done.They were here on time and finished the work on time. They cleaned up and put everything back to where it was. The place looks great. I am very satisfied with this company's work.

I had a bad experience with them. Their price was great, they were the cheapest.

I was not too happy with them, but they had good reviews. I ended up not using them as I was displeased with how they came out and how everything was handled. I tried to get some bids from them and he acted like it was a real pain for him to do that, so my experience with him was not good at all. The responsiveness was pretty good as his secretary got back to me within a day or two.

Great bunch of people to deal with,starting with the office staff(Sherry), the estimator(Bob), and the painting crew.......Excellent workmanship and punctual and I highly recommend them and will definitely use them for my next painting project!!!

They were very nice to deal with. I had a lot of free time and just decided to do the work myself.

I had my house remodeled by Benchmark in 2008 including removing all wallpaper, repainting the entire interior, tiling the main rooms of the house, remodeling the kitchen and replacing all cabinets and appliances. After three years, the paint in one bathroom started bubbling. I spoke to Martin who agreed that it was caused by some wallpaper paste not being properly removed during the earlier remodeling. Martin sent out two of his crew who removed the paste and repainted the bathroom. There was no charge for these services. That is what makes Benchmark a superior company to do business with. They stand by their work.

I received three bids. They had the lowest price. The experience was great. I give them exceptional ratings.

We met with Sherry, the office manager about 2 months before our approximate closing date to get an estimate. She set up an appointment with Bob to meet him at the model center of our development. He explained the procedure and took measurments to give us an estimate. After giving a 25% deposit, we chose the colors and style of crown moulding. As we got closer to our closing date, Sherry checked with me every week by phone to until we had a definite date so they could schedule our job. We closed on a Friday, and they were at our house at 8AM Monday morning. A fabulous team of 3 workers were there every day painting and doing the crown moulding. They were very pleasant and very clean. Every night all the tools and supplies were left in a small pile in the garage. Bob came to our house several times during the week to make sure things were going smoothly. He was very helpful in coordinating the wall paper and faux painting people, making sure they were there. Overall, this was a very good experience. The job came out beautiful and we would highly recommend them.

The interview and estimate went well, but Benchmark was more expensive than the equally qualified company we choose to do the work.

Spoke to Martin on wednesday Feb. 22nd. Workers showed up the next morning about 8:30am and Martin shortly there after. About 2 hours later the demolition was complete. Repaired eves, fascia and stucco and painted affected area and it mostly looks like it was never there. Job took 1.5 days. Will be using again in the near future for interior work. Thanks for the quick turn around.

We desperately needed the exterior of our house painted and repaired. I had gotten a couple of quotes and Benchmark was the most reasonably priced and reviewing there feedback on Angie's list we decided to hire them. Sherry and Bob were great at keeping on top of things and keeping in touch with me through the process. Carlos and his crew where very professional and did an excellent job with all the work that needed to be done on the house. They went through the house over and over to make sure everything was fixed and painted correctly. Our house has never looked this good...Thank you Benchmark!

I would recommend them. They showed up the, took measurements and they were very punctual. Their pricing was about a third of what the others had wanted to charge.

Two very pleasant men arrived. There was no exact time specified since this was kind of a rush as I had out-of-town guests arriving. Benchmark was kind enough to fit the job into their schedule. The workmen stayed from 2PM until sunset. They mixed a non-toxic substance, sprayed it on the houses and hosed it off. The mildew was gone. They were very neat and even removed leaves from my pool.
