Team was on time and worked neat & clean. Bob always followed up to insure we were satisfied with the work. Overall happy with the company and would recommend. My dates and $$ amount may be off as I just realized that I hadn't reviewed the company at the time of service.

They had to reschedule twice, but the finished product was worth the wait. The worker did a top notch job. There was confusion as to who to write the check out to...the worker wanted me to write it out to him, but the company said to make it out to them....Hmmmm....suspicious, but I cleared it up with the company before the job was over. I wanted to use them for a painting job, but left an email and phone message, and have not heard back from them.

Never receive estimate..... Person called 20 minutes before appointment time and cancelled (took off work) He said he was not the person that did kitchen cabinet trim work and that business would call and reschedule... No call received

They were amazing! Martin came out the day after we called and gave us an amazing price...we were actually shocked at how reasonable it was and to boot they started the next day! When the painter came out and looked at how much work there actually was, he said it would take one more day then we had anticipated...no problem and guess what the price stayed the same! When the heck does that every happen?!?!? NEVER! To say this company did an amazing job is an understatement!! They not only did a fantastic job and really raised the value of our home, they cleaned up after themselves, were sooo very reasonable and did a fantastic job!

This is by far the most professional contractor I have dealt with. I live in an older house is East Boca and I have done extensive renovating over the last year. Benchmark was exceptionally professional and accommodating and communicated with me through every step of the project. Not to mention the workmanship, which was excellent. Patricia the Project Manager was completely on top of the entire project and managed the bid, contact, change order and acceptance process by the book. Juan and Edson, the foremen onsite were fast, efficient, courteous, professional, considerate of our home and were very accommodating. I cannot say enough good things about Benchmark and I am so happy to have found them as a contractor. Their prices were fair and below what I expected to pay for all the work I needed done. I will definitely use this company again in the future, and as someone who has had a LOT of experience of contractors, I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who is considering Benchmark for work on their home!

The company's representativews extremely professional, attentive and responsive. The actual painters were courteous and just went about there work quietly and carefully. They spoke little English but that was not really a problem.

Just an outstanding experience. From the initial vist by Bob Koepka, for the estimate (we got two seperate estimates-one for inside and one for outside)- until completion, this was a great job. Crew was on time, professional, neat and efficent. Did the inside work first, then we waited about a month (traveling) and were so satisfied, that we had Benchmark do the outside.Would use them again and recommend them highly. The totla price "might" have been high, but for all the work they did, the quality of that work & the out come..it was well worth it......As" they say "you get what you pay for" and this for this job it was well worth it.

The experience with Benchmark Painting was absolutely fantastic. Bob is extremely reliable and constantly checks up on the crew to make sure the work is getting done properly. Juan and his team are the best I've seen. Juan is meticulous and careful with every cut and the alignment is perfect. They worked so hard I had to tell them to take a break and they showed up early and worked late. Not only is Juan phenomenal at what he does but he's one of the nicest people I've met. He's a really really good person and his caring nature also shows up in his woodworking skills.

The team from Benchmark were great - Martin gave me a detailed estimate at a fair price, the coordination team was very responsive and Marcio and Pedro were a pleasure to have work in my home. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and did a good job. I would highly recommend Benchmark Painting and would use them again.

I was perplexed because I never had a response. I received an excellent and detailed proposal from another Premium Painter that I found om Angie's List.

Removed wallpaper from our living room, bedroom and TV room. They covered all holes and sanded them. They then painted 2 coats of paint in all rooms of our apartment. The work was superbly executed and we would not hesitate using them again for our next painting project. We highly recommend this company.

They did a great job. They came in and worked hard until the job was complete. They hung all the pictures back up when they were done. I had a big problem with the paint in the bathroom peeling because of the shower. They came back three times and worked diligently to make sure it was perfect.

I would definitely use Benchmark again! They were always prompt, from the day they came in to give me an estimate until the job was complete. They were great about cleaning up each day before they left. There was one minor issue with an area of the wall that had to be patched up. I discovered this after I had already paid in full so I was a little worried about how responsive they would be. I was very pleased that they sent the guys back within a day or two and made everything right!

They did excellent and outstanding work.

It took a while to even get in contact with someone. After emailing and calling multiple times I finally got a return call from the office. Lovely young lady, I think it was Jessica? I apologize if I have her name wrong. She was lovely. Apologized that it took so long to get back to me- they were undergoing some changes w staffing and she assured me all was well now. Bob arrived about 25 minutes late. After a 2 hour (I believe) window. I actually called the office to make sure I didnt have the wrong day/time. No apologies once he did show. We walked around the house for a bit while I showed him what we needed and he took notes. When we were done he said he'd probably have a quote emailed to me by the end of that day or monday. Long story short...multiple emails and phone calls and he finally got back to us w a quote several days later. Once again, he's out of reach. I asked if the quote could be broken down for each item. Was told Bob was out of town and unable to do that. I asked if he could do that when he returned?? Nada. Nothing. We have a considerable amount of work needing to be done as well as 3 other bathroom remodels we could have added on. Our business must not be important enough to warrant return calls or follow ups. I cant tell you what type of actual work they are capable of as I never even got that far.

Benchmark painted entire condo, walls, ceilings and trim. This is a seasonal home and they did the job while we were out of state. They did thorough prep work on new trim and walls. Benchmark covered and protected new appliances, cabinets and countertops. We were very pleased with the job Juan and his crew did and would recommend them to family and friends.

EXCELLENT. From start to finish the crew was professional, courteous, and did a great job. I would highly recommend, and I would definitely use again.

Individuals assigned to job were courteous and professional. Unfortunately, the final product left much to be desired. We believe that anyone can paint a house but we wanted an expert who would provide the expertise that we could not bring to the job. These painters were definitely not experts. Many areas were covered with paint that shouldn't have been; wood floors, adjacent doors, as well as plumbing and lighting fixtures. Wall repairs with patch and dry wall left visible defects that were eyesores. Ceiling re-finishing was really poor--requiring the hire and payment of other professionals to get the job done properly. In short, we would not recommend this company under any circumstances.

It went very well. The men showed up on time, and did a very good job! I will use them again.

Very professional estimate and follow ups. All business and thorough - although estimate came in a lot higher than I was expecting. But that could just be me. Still shopping for now.

My kitchen has been updated and beautifully restored.

This is a well run company with professional people. I called with a job I needed and they came measured and quoted. The price was not the lowest but not the highest either. I did feel it was a bit pricey but I knew when I signed the contract that they would show so it was worth the money right there. Nice group of guys did a very good job. Only thing was I in the future I would not allow them to spray doors in house as it made a mess of my HVAC system. My fault for letting them spray and keeping the AC on. Overal great ANgies pick if you need a painting crew.

Benchmark deserves A++ and many gold stars! They did an excellent job. I could not be happier with the way that they worked and with the beautiful results! From the beginning it was a pleasure to speak with Deedra (in the office) who is very organized, efficient, and a caring, responsive listener. She scheduled an appointment for Bob to come look at my property and to provide an estimate for all that needed to be done. He arrived exactly at the scheduled time. Bob, too, is very caring and responsive. He provided a choice of names of stores and which type of paint that I preferred to be used in my home. Arrangements for the project were made with all ease and clarity. The painters arrived exactly at 8:30 AM. Before they began there was a second overview of my condo. The color of paint I had chosen was double checked. There were no "substitutions". I was given the exact paint that I wanted which was either very low VOC's or no VOC's. Of course, I moved as much items as possible out of their way so that there would be no obstacles for them to move; plus to do my part in this project was meant to save time. The really heavy objects~~furniture, etc., the painters moved with all ease and were extremely careful. No scratch or "uh-oh" anywhere! Additionally, the painters worked diligently as well as beautifully. Truthfully, I had thought that it would have taken about five (5) days for completion. However, they beautifully finished everything in two days! Additionally, the painter asked me to walk through and point out if any touch-ups were necessary. It is Benchmark's policy to be sure that the customer is completely satisfied 100% This has been a grand win - win experience. Benchmark's mission is to lmake sure that the customer is 100% satisfied~~~and that I am!! It is impossible for me to think that any paint provider would be anywhere as wonderful as Benchmark. I highly, highly recommend Benchmark Painting & Carpentry! .
