I received a call within 5 minutes of filling out form on Servicemagic. It was awesome that someone was available that day - although I had to wait until the next day when I was off work. The repair man was very thorough.

We needed a water filter replaced that was broken and stuck in the tube. I called after hours and got an answering service. Aviv called the next morning and gave some criteria for pricing and servicing, putting me on hold while she spoke to a supervisor. The price quoted seemed large but we needed the service and scheduled a service call for two days later but with no specific time [I said I would be home all day and it was OK]. On the appointed day I received a call from Aviv that a service call would start at 1pm. At the appointed time a service man arrived and was very helpful. He took out the old filter and replaced it with one we had already purchased. He gave us some information--serial number, stickers, magnets and ordering of new filters. He accepted payment by VISA and left a receipt.

My oven works again. I baked a turkey for Easter. I am so happy Aviv called me.
