Aviv called me within moments of my request. Not only were they able to give me an appointment right away, but they let me talk to a repair person who was able to give me a good idea of how much my repair might cost. The woman who scheduled my service call was very professional, friendly and helpful. She called me the next morning to let me know the service person was on his way. The service person did a fast, thorough job. He too was very professional and friendly and even gave me some free advice about care and maintenance of my other appliances! He also liked my dog and was a good sport about him jumping up and wanting to play.

The upside is they responded quickly and kept the scheduled appointment. Jerome was courteous and efficient. My complaint is that the respondent did not quoted the service charge. I called the following morning and inquired. The charge seemed excessive, but I kept the appointment. the repair cost was inexcess of three time what I can purchase the part! I will discrd there number and intend never to use this company again! I will caution others of my experience if queried!

They came on time and did the job in 15 min. and it was worth the time and effort to call service magic and get the job done fast and right.

The technician took his time doing the work and spent significant time explaining how to maintain our dishwasher in the future.

nothing bad with the contractor the only concern I had was when office called to set up appointment they did not clarify there is a $60 service charge. I was under the impression estimate would be free. Everything worked out great I would just like to see the office clarify with the customer there will be a service charge before someone comes out to the house.

Great communication. Came the next day (3 days before Christmas) Diagnosed and fixed the problem with my oven quickly. I will use them again if one of my other appliances breaks.

Got the job done as promised after a bit of a mix up with the overall diagnosis. Dryer is working great now. I was not please with the cost of the repair, given that the part itself cost less than $35.00 per a simple internet search and the total cost of the repair was $230.00 for approximately 90 minutes worth of labor from start to finish. I certainly do not mind paying a fair labor rate for an in home repair, but I feel I was definitely overcharged.

They were very pleasant and professional both on the phone and in person. They were quick to respond to my request and came on time.

First I would like to thank Aviv and its staff for providing me with the professional courtesy and attitude that they brought into my home. It has been at least ten years since I have had the need for kitchen appliance service. I was very leery about who to choose, but the experience I had over the phone with call taker (Melissa or Michelle...Forgive me) was a sure sign that Aviv was the right choice. Technicians Eyal and Jerome have been to my home for my service calls. They were professional and knowledgeable. They provided good advice and more important, fixed the problem with my refrigerator.
