The gentleman was nice, informative and fixed my dryer in an efficient manner. He recommended that I get my dryer vent cleaned for proper air flow - which I did. My dryer is now working properly and needs less running time to dry. I thought the cost was a little elevated, but it was better than having to go out and buy a new dryer. I will use this service again, if needed.

The gentleman who serviced my washer was efficient, knowledgeable, and the cost was reasonable. He recognized the problem immediately and explained the issue so that I could understand. He fixed my washer quickly and it's running great! I would definitely use Aviv again.

The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the problem (dryer needed a new belt, rollers, and switch), and made the repairs. And everything was in the truck. He also fixed the exhaust vent - inside and outside - to make sure it functioned properly, at no extra charge.

very prompt with call and also repair, same day service, had to order a part, part came in within 3 days, worked with my schedule to get repair completed....only complaint is fee seems to be a little high, but the service was excellent.....
