A perfect job

I made a guess as to our washer's problem. Aviv came at the time they said they would come, brought the part that I had suggested, and promptly fixed the washer at a reasonable price on that one visit. My wife was especially pleased with the maintenance advice she was given, not only for the washer but other appliances in our home. Great job!

very goog job but expensive

Melissa was a pleasure to work with on the phone and the repairmen were all very professional and clean. Very GOOD experience.

My only complaint was that when I scheduled the appointment, they couldn't give me an approximate time or window of time when they were coming. I had to stay home the whole day waiting and had to call them at 2pm to find out when they were coming. Once he came, the problem with my oven was fixed quickly.

After trying tirelessly to have a GE rep service my refrigerator I was able to have it serviced and FIXED by Aviv within 5 hours of calling them. They were polite, empathetic and the fees were reasonable. I felt very fortunate to have found this company when I did.

They called me right away to get me set up - the job was done within hours of my calling them back. I then called them after the job was done with a question. They called back twice to be sure I had my answer and was satisfied.

I was very pleased with Aviv Appliances. The receptionist was courteous and let me know exactly when the technician was coming. The technician was efficient and showed me exactly what was wrong with my washer. He also gave me some tips on using the washer to avoid any more problems. I had also used Aviv, prior to them being on ServiceMagic, for my dishwasher in December and had the same pleasant experience.

The serviceman was at our home within a half-hour of the agreed time. He was courteous and efficient. He cleaned up when he completed the repair.
