He came when they promised and fixed my oven issue very quickly. He even tightened and leveled my dishwasher at no charge.

Quick phone response. Came when scheduled. Quickly told us the washer needed a $600 repair, it would break again, and that we should just by a new one. Told us why that manufacturer had lots of similar problems with front-load washers. Gave us a good recommendation on a different maker that has much more experience with front-load washers. Also told us that the bottom end of their line was excellent so that we didn't have to spend extra money. Even offered to give us advice the next time we were buying a new appliance. What more can you ask for from a service company?

Very pleasant experience. I was contacted within 5 minutes of placing my request on Service Magic. The repair person came out the following day, he ran late working on an earlier job, but finished my job by working beyond the companies normal business hours. The Service call fee is given back to you, if you use them for the repair, which I did. I would definitely reccomend.
