Making an appointment was easy. Scheduling coordinator called to confirm appointment the day of requested service- very friendly. Helpful repairman, was here when he said he would be. Service was fast.

Fixed the problem in a timely manner.

Response was excellent, with rapid scheduling even during a period of snow. The office assistant followed up on a question and called back. Technician was professional, called ahead as promised, fixed the problem at a reasonable price and was a nice, courteous gentleman. We were very pleased!!!

No problems, fixed my dishwasher, called before arrival. Expensive for very brief job. Appreciated that he showed me what was wrong so I can troubleshoot in the future for myself.

Very quick to respond to my call. Very courtious. Was impressed. However, I feel that their fees are a little higher than others. My neighbor had the same problem and had it fixed for $75.00 less than I was charged.

Previous owner of my home stated he had multiple visits to fix my ice maker and he recommended the same person for the fridge when it when out the day of closing. I went with Aviv and they fixed both in one day. I thougth the price could have been better, but I would defintely use htem again.

Wow, Aviv was awesome. Quick and courteous on the phone and in person; did the job quickly and cheaply, and the repair person was both knowledgeable and personable. When he fixed one stove so quickly, I asked if he could advise me on another one which had had a fire. After consulting with his supervisor at the speed of light he got the go-ahead, assessed it, lit it safely for the first time since the fire, and gave me good advice. I would call them again anytime.

The tech was very good and got the machine in order but some follow up info was questionable.

When I contacted Servicemagic I was given three (3) companies. Aviv was the only one who contacted me. In fact they called five minutes after my request. In fact the others still haven't called.The technician was prompt and friendly. even went the extra mile to repair my dryer. He also gave me some helpful hints on how to maintain my washer which wasn;t in need of repair. I was quite pleased with work that was done. I would highly recommend Aviv.
