My wife and I woke up to a humming noise coming from both showers and also around the pipes connected to water heater. I texted Anthony at ARS and he asked me a few questions and asked to measure unit, take pictures and since the unit was over 18 years old, he suggested to get replacement. Even though he doesn't work on Saturday, Anthony said he'd be at my home by 10am. He actually showed at 930am with new unit and installed in within 45 minutes. I have to commend him on his responsiveness, quality work, professionalism and overall just a great guy to work with. I would recommend him for his AC work as well since he did a great job on my AC a few months back. It's nice to know that I have him in my corner!!! Anthony and team, clean up after job is completed, haul away old units etc. I cannot say enough about how professional he is and he truly cares about his customers. I consider him to a BROTHER! Would highly suggest his services whenever a need arises.

To be honest. I dont even know where to start. When my AC went out in the end of May and the house started to get hot the only thing I thought about was how to get the house cold because of my animals. So after making a few calls and nobody was available ARS answered my call. Their response and appraisal went about without a hitch. Install took a good day with 2 people. Even tho those 2 installers damaged the house the AC got installed fairly easy. Tooke me several calls and weeks to get the wood which they broke to get fixed but more about that later. Anyway. I got all kinds of fancy warranty certifications on paper. Anyway. 1 week after the install I had to call because the AC was not going down to the desired temperature. A service guy came to the house, walked in and changed the temp and walked back out. Never looked at the unit. That didnt fix anything. So we called back and they brought in a "Expert" or so he called himself. He was at the house for about 45 min.... 2 weeks later we had the same issue. Temperature not reaching desired grade. This time we had a local service manager come buy. Long story short. Today is the 3rd of July. Its been 5 weeks with this "new" system and we are about to have our 4th service call with a brand new system. No. This system needs to be either picked up and uninstalled or replaced. Not happy.

We use their service a lot. I have used them for many years.

They go above and beyond. They follow up with our maintance agreement diligently. They always handle any of our A/C issues and we always recommend them to our friends.
