Everything went very well, and the job was professional. Chemicals were needed to get the walls cleaned, and there was an extra charge for that, although it was not significant.

I had a party on the weekend and I was looking for a provider that could respond and provide the service in a very short time frame. Jeremy was very responsive and supportive to make the job and include it in his schedule. He and one more person arrive the day scheduled (a little bit earlier than expected), and perform a very good job, moving the patio furniture, cleaning and removing the mold between the patio bricks and also cleaning the side walk. Overall very happy with the work done and the cost, and I appreciate the responsiveness vs other providers that did not even respond to the emails.

The service provider was on time and was professional. The only problem was that the service provider did not spray the roof with some form of cleaning solution prior to the pressure washing. We have had several companies do this in the past and some form of cleaning agent (mild bleach, chlorine or some other chemical solution) was sprayed on the tiles prior to pressure washing. In the past, the white cement tiles would come out gleaming after the pressure washing. With this particular service provider, the tiles did not look much cleaner (whiter) than when they started. When I questioned them about this, they said their procedure did not include a "pre-treatment". Upon completion of the job, I was asked if I was satisfied. I said I was not and they attempted to do some more pressure cleaning on the roof, but with no appreaciable improvement in results. I am of the opinion that some cement roofs require the pre-treatment for the pressure washing to be effective. I had another company come out and they used a sprayer and applied a diluted solution of chlorine to the roof and it made a significant difference. I basically paid twice for pressure washing the roof.

Aqua Force pressure cleaned our roof, driveway, and rear patio well, on time, at the competitive price quoted, they confirmed the evening prior, left no mess. Nice job.

Arrived at the time specified and called 30 min. prior to arriving to confirm. Did all the cleaning that we agreed upon and cleaned up afterward. Was satisfied with the outcome and they were pleasant to deal with. Would use again when needed.

Punctual, friendly and professional. Spray washed the muck from windows, walkways and outside walls that came off the roof. Roof looked almost new. Very pleased!

They did a pretty good job. They came on time and as scheduled. They seemed to want to please their customer. It was two men that came to do the pressure washing and they were done within a half hour.

The scheduling went very smoothly. We agreed upon a date and they arrived on time. It was a positive experience. He was recommended to me by a roofer. I had no complaints and the work was well done. We were happy with the service.

Jeremy was able to come out the same day that I called, which was great. He arrived when he said he would. Did a great job on the pressure washing. I liked the fact that he does the work himself. He made sure he covered all the areas that needed cleaning, the house looks great. I would definitely use him again in the future.

Jeremy did an awesome job pressure cleaning our tile roof! He was very professional and knowledgeable about roofs....as I did have concerns about tiles breaking, etc. He did an excellent job and we are very pleased with his work and will definitely use Aqua Pressure Cleaning in the future. Also, for those trying to decide between whether to pressure clean or chemical clean a roof....definitely stay away from the chemical cleaning people. Pressure cleaning is completely safe for tile roofs and will not damage other areas of your home like a chemical roof cleaning.

Jeremy did a fantastic job on our driveway and patio. He is extremely timely, answered our questions, and was reasonable with his price. You can see he has pride in his work as he does the work himself. It's refreshing to find someone so personable, comfortable and professional. As a real estate broker in the community, I will definitely hire him again and refer him to my friends and clients. I'm glad we found him on Angie's List.

Jeremy always answered the phone and was very easy to work with, he was at my home as scheduled, worked very quickly and efficiently and when my roof and deck were cleaned he rinsed all the windows to make sure no residue was left.

We needed our roof cleaned and selected Aqua Force because Jeremy was friendly, easy to talk to, informed us of the different options available and was toward the lower end of the estimates that we received. We scheduled an appointment for the following weekend and Jeremy arrived on time and worked diligently throughout the day on the project. My wife and I were very impressed with his professionalism and thoroughness in his work and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for pressure cleaning services.

Jeremy arrived on time...a big plus in south Florida! He wasted no time in hooking up his equipment and making sure he understood exactly what I wanted him to do. He went to work right away pressure washing my roof, entry doorway and patio pool pavers. He left my back porch clean, my walls clean and my sidewalk like new. My only complaint with myself is I did not ask him to put something over my pool so that the debris coming off the roof would not go into my pool. He tried to not directly wash in to my pool but I could have asked him to cover it and avoided the fact that my old pool pump would go out! This was my over sight but I wished I had thought of this sooner. If you have an old pool pump...be sure to cover your pool! Jeremy is someone I will call again. He is earnest and honest and does a wonderful job! Thanks!!
