great, until his worker broke my patio door slider handle and ripped the top screen on door. I didn't notice it right away, but called Jeremy the next day and told him what happened and that I wanted him to replace the small top door screen and buy a new slider door handle, and he refused. He said he was not responsible for damages, and that it was in his contract. he offered to clean my driveway for free at a future date, and I refused. I had to hire a handyman at an extra expense to me. I am using someone else who is more responsible!

Jeremy promptly returned my request for a quote. We scheduled an appointment for the job less than a week out. I received 2 other quotes- all were within $20 of each other. Jeremy and his hard working Associate "Eagle" arrived at exactly the scheduled time- 8am. Within 2 hours my roof was spotless, and since it's chemical-free (hence the name "Aqua-force"), there was no damage to any of my yard or surrounding plants. AAAA++++ all the way

At first I was going to use another provider for $2,000 but after meeting with Jeremy the owner, his appearance and professional approach convinced me to go with him for a couple hundred more. He offered to compete with my quote for $2,300 and I accepted. Thereafter it was all downhill. I was out of town when Jeremy first cleaned the home and instructed him to not disturb or enter the residence were my wife and kids were under ANY circumstances. Not only did he enter, he LITERALLY opened the front door and walked on in. I have this on our surveillance footage. He later told me that he needed to "go #2" ...so he helped himself. So after a stern conversation over the weekend he apologized and returned Monday to finish up. I was home this time. Although he did not enter the home and was professional with me he did a mediocre job pressure cleaning. Let me be clear. He did a "coarse" overall job. If you're a detailed oriented person you won't be happy. If you just want the dirty pavers or roof cleaned I'm sure he'll be fine. I wanted the cobwebs gone, the little bugs attached to the house, the dirt and mildew on the windows, etc. Well he's now gone and all that stuff is still very much here. Lastly, to wrap up the AquaForce experience, Jeremy made sure to indicate to me in plain English that this was the best I'd be getting as he felt he underquoted me and he was ready to take the check and leave. Well he then surprised me and took another crack at a few areas but still left a bunch undone. My home is 14,000 square feet and he did it in 2 days. Roof, walls, driveway, etc. Everyone else who quoted needed 3/4 days. Bottom line--- Jeremy undercut another possibly solid professional to get the gig, promising professional high end results and ultimately rushing through the job the get the money and get out. Before leaving he was sure to let me know that IF I would hire him in the future it would cost a lot more and he DEFINITELY would not honor that price again. No problem Jeremy, I'll be sure to use my original and preferred choice next time. Actually he'll be coming over later in the week to spot clean the areas you rushed through and left behind. Again--- if you need a general quick clean Jeremy is your guy. If you need a perfect, detailed job MOVE ON and skip Aqua Force.

Jeremy's work was outstanding and professional. Contractor arrived exactly at time promised and checked during the cleaning process to ensure that I was satisfied with work being done. Price was excellent and as a result of his outstanding work we have requested that he pressure clean again every six months.

We had Jeremy pressure wash some driveways in our community about a year ago. It was okay, some of the people said it was a quickly done job without enough attention to detail. In any event, he was supposed to clean our place. We had a time set for 5/06 and thirty minutes before he was supposed to be at our place, I called Jeremy and left a message, saying we hadn't heard from him. He didn't show and never left a message. So we found somebody reliable to do the job!

After a few attempt I found the right company/ Person for the job.. I contacted Jeremy(aqua-force) for pressure cleaning my roof and not only was he able to give a honest price but , he was also able to get me in on the schedule since I wanted to have my roof cleaned before I had my pool resurfaced.. Aqua-Force delivered everything and more.. They gave a 20-30 minutes call ahead courtesy, cleaned the gutters(not added cost),and washed away all mildue rinse from the patio, window and driveway..In the end I WOWed!!! I which I did have before and after pics to share. And yes I will use Aqua-Force again in the future and I will also give lots of referrals...

It was fine, very good. They have nice people and good people. They are reliable. We have used them before and they are nice guys. They have nice and clean equipment.

It went very well. I think they did a good job. The only issue that I had with their service is that we have a pool at the house and unfortunately they did not manage the flow of dirty water very well and my pool ended up being black as ink. Although there is a fair amount of distance between the roof and the pool, it seems they were not able to manage that very well. It took quite a bit of work to have that water re-filtered and cleaned up. I thought their price was adequate. They were very responsive and that worked well. I would definitely consider them for more work.

It was good, they did a good job. It was a couple of years ago probably last year around this month. They charged about $100. They did a pretty good job. I would use them again.

It went okay. They showed up when they were supposed to. I thought they were a little expensive. It took them less than an hour. I would probably not use them in the future.

Everything you could want in a pressure washing service. I have it done every 1-2 years and I've always been disappointed in some aspect of the job. This time there was nothing more I could ask for so I will definitely use them again. Things they did right: -They answered the call instead of having me leave a message -They worked with my schedule -They called the day of the service to let me know when they would be there -They showed up on time -They had true, commercial-level equipment unlike some of the previous ones that had a little Home Depot machine -They did it for a very reasonable price -They did a great job!

Absolutely amazing service. This was the first time we've had our house pressure cleaned where the team actually arrived on time. They even called ahead to let us know they were on their way. Their machinery is a high quality massive system - not the small typical trailers normally seen in the area. Work was outstanding and completed in under two hours.

Jeremy was great; I called and spoke wiith him and he was able to provide a quote over the telephone. He and his coworker arrived on time and they pressure cleaned my roof, driveway, entrance to my home and screened in patio. They were super efficient and they did a great job. I was scheduled for the 29th and he had an opening and called to see if he could do it then, unfortunately I was unavailable. Great work and super nice guy. I highly recommend him.
