So far so good. Turns out to be Samsung issue but gonna cost me $418 to fix. He seemed to know exactly what to do but hasn’t had time to come back with parts yet. We will see

The technician patiently worked out the puzzle I had created and repaired the door to its rightful position . Even with a few clasps that I had somehow broken in my removal, he managed to to replace the door without me having to purchase a whole new part from the maker of the range. Very satisfied with his work.

The staff at Appliance King of America is absolutely fabulous. David came out and fixed our washing machine. He was knowledgeable and explained everything to us. Not to mention the staff is so friendly just a great experience all around. We will definitely use them again. Refrigerator is working great! Service was prompt! Trustworthy & friendly people. I've used this company in the past when I was a landlord & my rental units needed appliance repairs.

Jerome inspected the dishwasher and determined a hose had broken. The part had to be ordered, so he came back the following week and repaired the dishwasher. It works perfectly.

Ryan was professional , quick to find the problem. Was very honest in discussing option in repairing washer. Price v/s replacing, Very prompt in returning and repairing freezer. I would definitely recommend and call again.

On the diagnostic trip, they explained the problems and answered my questions very well; they were also polite. There was a problem with them showing up at the time of the appointment (apparently their earlier job that day ended up taking longer than expected). Charged $134.95 to diagnose the issues with the icemaker and the microwave. They credited the icemaker diagnosis charge toward the cost of the icemaker repair, so that left us with paying $258.01 to replace the icemaker motor. -- total cost to diagnose and repair icemaker, and to diagnose (only) microwave = $392.96. Since we didn't have them replace/install the microwave, that 2nd diagnostic fee remained uncredited. Once here, they did a good, prompt, and thorough job. I recommend them and would use them again.

A very professional company. He arrived on time and did a fantastic job. He showed me what he was doing along the way. He shortened the vent hose for me so that the dryer would perform a little better. My dryer used to squeak a little. It sounds good as new. I would highly recommend this company for this service.

Excellent, David arrived as scheduled, completed the above repairs and the refrigerator is working perfectly. He diagnosed the problems quickly, quoted me the repair cost. Completed all issues within a reasonable time and left my house as it was when he arrived. David also went beyond the issues, and he pointed out a filtration problem with my tankless water heater, which will be corrected by the plumber who did the installation. If you need large appliances repaired, I would call Appliance King. They earned Angie's rating by being fair and competitive.

We had another company (AAA appliances) come out earlier today. The man that came was not pleasant AT ALL and quickly concluded that several parts needed to be fixed and that the total cost to fix it was almost $700. Mind you, he didn't take anything apart, didn't move the fridge, nothing! It was a terrible experience and he even suggested at one point that we buy a new fridge. Fast forward a few hours and David comes to check on the fridge. He came to the door with a smile on his face and was ready to solve our problem. He assured us that it was a great fridge and that he was going to need to open up the panel and defrost to see what was going on. Turns out all we needed was one part, which he had in stock on his truck. He installed it for us, and it cost us less than $300. We are delighted to say that Appliance King of America is our go to from now on. We know that they are honest and have our best interest in mind.

DIagnosed the problem within 2 minutes and fixed it for me...fortunately, no parts needed. They melted all ice, steamed out freezer, mopped up all the water. David, the owner of the company and the other repairman were very cordial and professional, explaining everything. Honored the 10% Angie's discount. Very happy I found this company and will definitely use them again!

So here it is Labor Day weekend. Friday night, our freezer temperature started to creep up. It went from -2 to 4, then to 9. When I woke up Saturday morning, it was reading 16 and my refrigerator 44. I called Appliance King Saturday morning. David answered. We went through some diagnostics on the phone. He said he could come out, but it would be emergency service and since it is Labor Day weekend the techs have off, but if I wanted him to come out, he would make it happen. I discussed with my husband and called back, left a message. I tried to call other places, but nobody was open. David called me back at 5pm. He asked if we still wanted him to come out. I said yes. At this time my freezer was now up to 25 degrees and my refrigerator at 50. David was the most professional service person I have ever had. He spent 3 hours diagnosing the problem and providing a workaround to help us out through the weekend. Our refrigerator has a leak. We could either spend the money to find the leak, order the parts, and then get it fixed. The other option is to get a new refrigerator. Since our refrigerator is a Viking, this would be a very expensive fix. Probably half the cost of a new refrigerator. My husband and I discussed it and we are going to buy a new refrigerator on Tuesday. I couldn't be happier with Appliance King. David didn't have to answer the phone, he could have said too bad wait until Tuesday, he didn't have to provide a workaround. He took the time on Labor Day weekend away from his family to assist my family. I couldn't be more appreciative. If I ever have another appliance issue, I will definitely be calling this business. David was honest, and professional. Thank you so much for all of your help!

Absolutely fabulous service. They looked the model up on their in house computer, discovered that it was a problem with all Samsung ice makers. Went back and researched the parts. Had to get three different parts from different dealers. When the parts arrived, they came out immediately and installed the new ice maker and parts. They were wonderful to work with and I would use them again!

Excellent. They knew exactly what part to order and was experienced with the repair. The owner of the company came with another serviceman. They were friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely use the hem again. Thank you Angie's List. They waived the service call fee because I hired them to repair the dishwasher.

Appliance King located the problem & were very professional. I was told the price ahead of time and once I agreed, they did the repairs needed to get my machine up and running again. I have dealt with other service repair and find them to be the best for the buck. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of quick & efficient repair.
