Extremely unprofessional in every aspect. I would run from this company as fast as you can. 1.) Didn't deliver on expected date of install. 2.) Price was good. 3.) Every time you ask for an install date they delay or don't respond and blame permitting. A simple permit search shows they either didn't submit or haven't followed up on the permit. They will use this process to overcharge and delay you. 4.) Rudest customer service by the owner I've ever heard. Cussing, unprofessional, and deserves a 0 rating if possible. 5.) Fence was installed and within a week it already had issues. Find someone else as it will save you time, money, and headaches in the long run.

There are 4 things that drove my rating: 1. Failure to start project until I threatened to cancel the contract. 2. Failure to submit a permit that supports the contact. 3. Failure to complete the job. 4. Nick, who recently bought this company, failure to track contract documents, failure to listen to his customers. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. This was not a difficult job, but to correct the mistakes will cost me an additional $2100. I can't tell you to stay away, I'm just sharing my experience with this individual.

We had a couple of set backs with weather and stuff but overall we're happy with our chain link fence. I would hire them again.

We had a wood fence installed. There were a couple adjustments that were taken care of immediately. I would hire this company again. Nick, the owner, sent Mike over to make the corrections . Mike was very pleasant, hard working and a perfectionist.

This is my second time using Alpha Fence. This time really got me out of a jam!!! I was selling my home and needed a doggy bar added to the bottom of my existing pool barrier to bring it up to code in order to pass inspection. They came out the same day to see what was needed, ordered custom parts and got the work done in under a week (even with Memorial Day holiday) so that I did not have to push back my closing!!! LIFE SAVERS!!! First fence installation was straight forward. Shadow box in the front of my house with chain link down the side. Great quality of work, customer service and price. Wouldn't hire anyone else!

Had 2 side fences installed. Work was done promptly and professional. Had a small issue and it was handled exactly the same way promptly and professionally. Would definitely recommend them for your future projects.

Overall great experience with Alpha Fence. Customer service kept in touch throughout the project, team did a great job despite weather set backs, and went over and above on the job. Everyone we dealt with was friendly. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I hired this company twice due to what I wanted to do on the south side of my property. They do excellent work(very hard working installers)!! Would have given 5's across the board, but customer service (communication with the customer) could be better as far as scheduling. Price wise, I think they're reasonable compared to other estimates. I would definitely recommend this company if you want a nice fence and a quality job. P.S. I had an issue with my gates and they came back to ensure that everything was to my satisfaction. Very pleased with the job they did!!

Got ripped off by Alpha fence ! Took measurements for my project!Took my money 3/4 down payment on cash! Did not complete my work! Work was bad will not pass code! Incomplete did 1/4 of my project,when we watch him measured both sides of my project! Workers with little experience!Measured my entire project and quoted a price now only 1/4 of fence! Took my money! Unethical behavior! Disgruntle workers! Company need to be closed down!after 2 days when I tried to find out why the fence was not complete Nick,Danielle sent a petition for court claiming they did the work!suing me !!??? Ha ha lol....just Horrible company!!! Never ever again! I am going to take them to court and you Home advisor!you should make sure these workers are clean and cleared,ethical,before recommendations.Work incomplete would never pass code! This is the end!I had another company come out to assess would never pass code!This is the worst I have seen.Now I have to go to court to file a claim! Unethical shady business! His worker quit! Never again. Should have read reviews. None are positive. Owner is very arrogant. Never called or showed up on scheduled date. After waiting five weeks,had to come back twice to get the job right. Put gate in wrong place. Bad bad company.

Terribly rude from beginning to the end. Didn't meet their obligation to us, the workmanship was poor, the gate is still crooked. They don't make callbacks, they hang up on you and are totally rude if you try to discuss anything with them, even when it comes to the bill. They measured with their feet and it was 10 ft less with my fencing and charged me when I tried to discuss that. He threatened my husband that if I complained to our credit card company he would rip come and rip my fence out. The fence is still crooked and the stress is unbelievable from them. Horrible from beginning to end!

Horrible experience! We spent over $10k on a new PVC fence and it was installed in the wrong place, when it was noticed, they refused to correct it. The owner does not care and is refusing to speak with us. I researched many companies and felt this one was going to be fine, but if you do not stand out there while they each dig hole you will end up in my position. I now will have to correct their mistakes and also take further action. I reviewed this company on this website, but if you look other places you will see others with the same disappointment. Hope this helps someone avoid an expensive problem.

The guys were very professional and friendly, they did everything I asked of them, it was all professional and on time.

After getting 5 quotes we decided to give Alpha another chance. We ended up giving them 5 stars. It was worth it.
