Description of Work: Polite, professional, dependable. All that I can ask for in a contractor coming into my home. I have already left his card at my clubhouse so my neighbors know who to call when they need a locksmith!

Description of Work: Called ahead of time to arrange an appointment. They came when they said they would and completed all work as required. Since I had two locks on one door he helped me mark the different keys. I would certainly them again.

Description of Work: Front door lock ceased to function and only worked on one side of door making entrance unusable. Called and Locksmith arrived with the hour and after (much difficulty) was able to remove defective spring/bolt and replaced it with another saving the rest of the Door Handle mechanism.

Description of Work: I first had them installed and rekey 5 deadbolts, 5 keyed levers, and 5 non-keyed levers. They did such a great job (high quality and inexpensive), that I had them come back and do two more deadbolts and keyed levers. The even repainted my front door where the old handle rusted. I cannot say enough on the professionalism and quality of their service. Best locksmith I ever had.

Description of Work: We wanted a deadbolt lock for our front door with a removable key inside for additional security. We contacted Dorrant, who told me exactly what type of lock to buy at Home Depot; which is what I purchased. We then set a schedule. Dorrant arrived on time. Installed the new lock and customized it to fit the house key. He charged exactly what he said the cost / service would be. He also made some custom adjustment to the door lock so that it functions better than it ever had before. Overall, a totally professional job.

Description of Work: |I had a new door installed in May, and it came with an odd cylinder that could not be rekeyed to match my old key. The installer said he could replace it with one that would, since I wanted to be able to use a single key on all the doors in my house. He brought one, but it was broken. Then he ordered one, and it took 5 months for him to get the right one in. I called Dorrant from Alockmedic to come and rekey it, but he found the cylinder was broken. He said he could have a new one for me in a few days. He did. He came exactly when he said he would, installed it, and made me 6 new keys. He was neat and professional, and always either answered his phone or called me back very quickly when I called him. He only charged me for one visit, even though he had come twice for something that was not his fault. He was extremely fair in his pricing. I would highly recommend him and would use him again.
