Right after Hurricane Irma I could not gain entry into a house I watch. Dorrant determined a key was broken in the lock and after diligently attempting to remove it, had to drill the lock out. He was able to put in a new lock using the key I was already using. He was prompt, efficient and most pleasant to deal with. I thanked him for his service to our country and would gladly re-hire him. I will also recommend him to my neighbors.

If there was a 10 star rating, Alockmedic would easily make the cut! They are professional, courteous and delivers service with a smile! My husband was running a little late for the appointment, but Alockmedic (Durant) was so understanding and thanked us for using their services despite the fact that they had to wait! I was also given a quote for their service, which changed when they inspected the actual locks in the home. It would have been a more expensive job because of the number of locks I had, but they honored the initial quote and changed all my locks! Definitely would use this company again.

We called them in the morning the next day on a Sunday, he was there by the afternoon and fixed it within 20-30 minutes and was able to make the key match all of our same keys thankfully. Our new lock is working great! Would definitely contact them again in the future.

Dorrant worked in a precise manner to install the lock, and also serviced an additional door knob that was loose without an additional charge. Overall he was a total professional, friendly, and efficient. I highly recommend him.

Insted of a new garage door lock, he saved us money suggesting only to re-key the necessary doors for our complete security. He is honest, kind, and cares for your well-being. My experience was Outstanding! Not only did he change out the two locks requested he changed the access code for both of my garage doors and then educated me on how to do this myself. Wait there is more - then he changed the pass code for a garage door opener on the out side of the house and he showed me how to do that. I mean this man went so far above and beyond what I expected that there is no doubt why he was number one on AL.

I had called Dorrant several years ago and was very happy when he installed some locks around my house--closet, drawers--and fixed something on the sliding glass door. So I called him again this time. He showed up exactly on time, was very nice and personable, and he fixed my two locks.
