Very Well - Mr. Mowatt, Owner responded and scheduled a appointment the following morning. I needed a professional, experienced locksmith. I was impressed with Alockmedic Locksmiths reviews. Mr. Mowatt was very pleasant and patient. And I was impressed on how meticulous Mr. Mowatt was, in reading the enclosed instructions, examining the components and how he was able to tweak the lever on the handleset. Absolutely and totally magnificently! Dorrant is way beyond anyone you'll EVER encounter to perform service in your home or business. He is a shining example of what 1,000% customer satisfaction SHOULD BE, but sadly, is routinely wanting in these modern social media days. He works from a modern totally equipped vehicle and can do ANYTHING in the keying/security field.

Dorrant came in 30 minutes, and fixed the lock and gave us new keys as well. He was polite, and quick and cleaned up the floor because it was raining outside!

Excellent! I tried to contact thru Angie's List but found out after waiting two days you get immediate response if you call. My call was returned in less than hour and we made an appointment for a couple of hours later. Dorrant arrived promptly on time. He examined my lock and determined that I would not have to purchase a new locking system. He was finished adjusting the lock in about 30 minutes. He was very friendly, courteous, and skilled. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again without hesitation.

Dorrant arrived within the time frame given. He was courteous and respectful. Before he started, he took the time to walk with me, around the house, to make sure he understood exactly what I wanted to have done. After he was finished, I received the new keys and he walked with me as I tested each door out. Everything works fine. Would hire again.

I found the listing on Angie's List and called Dorrant, who showed up, as promised, within an hour. He was pleasant, professional, and obviously knowledgeable. When he tried to fix the original lock and it became obvious it was broken beyond repair, he went to his truck and had a new system that matched my door. During the installation, he noticed a few other minor issues with the doors and took care of them, so they would as secure as possible. It was easy to understand why so many customers rate his work so highly. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Excellent. My neighbors locked themselves out of their condo and asked me to find a locksmith who could meet them when they got out of work. I called Alockmedic and spoke to Dorrant. He took all the necessary info and was able to meet them in an acceptable time frame. Of course it was pouring rain when he got there but he was prepared with a large umbrella! He took care of the lock in a matter of minutes and was even able to make extra keys on the spot. Excellent customer service and a nice guy too!!

Prompt, professional service. Not only did he replace our old lock but he corrected the faulty installation of the original door handle at no additional charge. We had 2 additional keys made.
