All Family Moving

They did a good job. They did exactly what I needed them to do and they worked very well for me.

This company, which we had used before, with fine results, did not come up to their standard this time. They refused to provide an estimate, arrived an hour late with no notice. Claimed the truck wasn't available at the time they needed it (wasn't this their responsibility from the start?) In the weeks before the move, the owner called several times to ask me to move the date to the prior Saturday. Each time I explained the Assisted Living Facility would not be ready for Mom before Monday, yet he persisted in calling me attempting to change the date. One the day of the move, because they were late, we arrived at the facility in the middle of a fire drill. Had they been on time, the moving would have been over before the fire drill. This added extra delay to the move. At this point my Mother was in the hospital and I was eager to get there and help her check out and move into the new place. This was delayed due to the mover's lateness. When the move was done, I presented the Angie's list coupon and the mover called in and was told they would discount the travel time to get to the move site, instead of honoring the coupon. due to their lateness, I felt they should have honored the coupon as well. The travel time was only worth $30, not the $50 of the coupon, as far as I know. Finally, they expected to be paid in cash (I thought I could use a credit card) and they had no receipt to give me for $300 cash. The moving men had to call in and ask how to give a receipt! They ended up writing a receipt on an envelope I had from running to the bank to get them cash. Poorly run business if you ask me. One one positive note, the men were very careful with Mom's things and did try to do a good job. The company's lack of planning got in their way.

The owner came out to my apt personally and gave me a quote. We set a date and a time and when they were running late, someone called to let me know. They showed up about 45 minutes after they said they would be there, but that was the only problem. Three people worked very hard and had everything out of the apt. within 5 hours. It was extremely hot outside and a very tight squeeze to get everything down the stairs. They then immediately followed me to my new house and unloaded everything into my garage and two of the back rooms, because I am remodeling. They stacked everything very carefully, making sure that the larger pieces where covered and protected. They even used and left one of their moving blankets to protect the furniture. Very polite and very hard working. I will use them again if I need to move.

He responded quickly, he was able to pick up the items the next day. He brought a truck and a helper, and only charged me $75.00! The price reflected the fact that I was a regular customer. We were extremely happy when he moved our entire house, so we had reccomended others to him. As a result he showed his appreciation for a regular customer.

They were on time, worked very fast and were carefull with my furniture. The price was exactly as told and the experience was as pleasant as a moving experience can be. I would recommend them and use them again.

Everything went fine. I was able to schedule the move about 2 weeks in advance. Best part was that price quoted was exactly the price billed after service complete. Three men showed up as promised and were courteous and professional. I would definitely use or recommend this company. Only issue is that they were about 45 minutes late to start but called in advance to let me know, which was appreciated.

by paying a little extra having the movers come the day before to wrap everything made the move much easier & faster.I would definitly recommend them.

They are great for moving boxes and they did do a fine job.

They were on time, tidy, very helpful in moving the heavy items, and the price was very reasonable.

They were really excellent. They were very efficient and very careful with everything. He promised 3 people, and it was him and 2 other people. I think they do that like a family business. He promised me that if it takes less than 3 hours to move, he would only charge $400 instead of $450. It did take just under 3 hours, and I didn’t hold them to it. He told me to pay whatever I felt comfortable to pay. I just paid them the $450. I would definitely use them again in the future. In fact, I am thinking about moving again at the end of February or sometime early this coming year.

Very professional, moved even the heaviest pieces quickly and efficiently, They finished in less than the scheduled time, never complained about anything and didn't waste any time. The best moving experience we've had!

We interviewed 3 excellent movers before we moved. Kevin Hein, the owner, of All Family Moving was very personable and very professional. He charged $105 an hour which was a reasonable rate so we chose his company and it was an excellent decision. We have moved many times in the past and All Family Moving was, by far, the best moving company we?ve ever had. On moving day, Kevin went out of his way and picked up a chair for us at a local store on the way to our home. He said it was no problem. As he and his family worked, they were careful with our furniture and very skilled. They worked hard and when the house was fully packed, they drove off in the moving van. We were to follow in our car but the battery had died. I called Kevin on his cell and he turned the truck around, drove back and charged up our car. When we got to the new house, I was a little uncertain about the placement of some of the furniture and Kevin was super patient with me. When I stressed out a little, he was good humored and very patient. I just cannot say enough good things about this man and his company. Would I use him again? You bet!! And I am recommending All Family Moving to all of my friends!

The All Family Moving came under his estimate and worked his butt off till 10 O’clock at night with his whole family. They were very careful the way they moved everything They helped to move things around and as they brought in the things they enquired of us where we wanted them to leave each article. They worked very hard and they kept within the price. They said they felt that they would come much within the price. It took longer than what they expected but they just worked very hard and all of them were very nice. They were kind to my wife and put things where she wanted even right to the end when we were getting close to the border line to stay within the community. In fact I let them come back because after we unpacked I gave them the box that I bought from other people figuring that they could use it for a full move. But they wanted to give those to the people who were getting evicted and who could not afford boxes. They were just nice people. When you call to make the appointments and to you speak to Chrissie, Kevin’s wife who takes care of the paper work, you get to know them all. That was a much better experience. I recommend All Family Moving. I will use them in the future.

Great job! Ricky, Leon and Frank ( I think thats what they told me) got to me at 9, was told they'd be there between 9-930 , started getting all my heavier ticket items, which included a 500 lb treadmill down the stairs to the truck. House was 5 miles away, 1 story, guys took all the items and placed where I wanted to and even went out of the way to take a door off hinges to get the treadmill in the room it was going to stay in. Never expected that, but of course wanted to be careful with the walls and doors. Finished at 1, definitely a whole lot less time that I wouldve taken... Kudos to all the guys, if I need to move again, wouldnt hesitate to call them and also see if the 3 guys were available again. Thanks!

They were on time and they did a nice job packing and unpacking. They were good people. There was no damage. It was a nice experience.

The movers were punctual and quickly and carefully moved all items to my home. I would definitely use them again.

They booked me the day before, which was on the 14th of April and they came to pack on the 13th because they thought I was to move on the 14th. I told them, that it was the 15th and they were very good about it and said that they would take care of it and they put me first. They booked two more jobs on the 15th of April, so they did everything very fast, very carefully and were very good. The owner, his son, and his nephew worked together. They worked very hard and were very excellent. The two boys left in the middle to go to the other customer because they were running late. The owner stayed behind for another hour, but he did not complete the work he was supposed to do. They were supposed to pack and unpack for me, but the owner just left because he was so focused on the other job. He left me with two full boxes that needed to be unpacked and I am disabled and could not do it and my sister had to unpack it. The first part of the move they were excellent and they were nice guys, but at the end they should focus on the job that they are working on and not the job that is coming up, so I was a little ticked off about that. Everything was a little disoriented. I paid $600 on that service. They were very on time and also had to wait for my mother to come. They were nice people that worked very hard.

The owner is a fantastic man. We made a deal that he would pack and unpack me and move me. I had him pack on the 14th and move on the 15th. I called him on the 13th. He thought he was coming over that day. There was no problem, he squeezed me in on the 15th. He had two other jobs he booked that day, but he got me in during the morning. He got everything packed, he, his son and his nephew. They came and put everything in boxes. Nothing broke, they were very through and very respectful. They were ready to move me Friday morning at 8. They couldn't because I couldn't drive, I had to wait for my mother at 9. They were ready at 8:30 to go, they had two big jobs waiting ahead for them. They unloaded everything, they worked very hard. They unloaded all the clothing boxes in my closet, I do not know what is old and new. They set up the furniture perfectly. The two boys had to leave in the middle to go to the next job. The owner stayed and finished the job. When they realized that they left perishables behind, they went back, and brought it back to my house.They also forgot to unpack two big boxes that my sister had to unpack. Due to the circumstances of them being two hours late for their next job, they became rushed and more focused on the next job, and less focused on the job they were doing at the time.

Excellent. They called with an apology when they were delayed. They were all careful, patient, professional, and friendly. Everything was moved with great care. It couldn't have been better!

The owner, Kevin came and gave us an estimate and offered us the choice of either a confirmed price or a price per hour. We chose the price per hour as we had planned to move our clothes and other items ourselves in our car. It is a family business, as the son of the owner and the cousin were there to move us. We asked for 3 men and the truck at $105 an hour. About half way thru the move-out Kevin came with another guy and helped the move so we actually had for a short time 5 guys and a truck. We were only charged for 3. The men were careful with our furniture and cordial with us. I am a very picky mover. We have moved frequently and I am very particular with how everything is done. They accepted that with grace :). The move in went very well also and they were conscientious about putting everything in the right place. We had desks that had to be taken apart for the move and then put back together. They did that perfectly. This was the most cost effective move we have ever made. We are happy with our decision to use Family Moving. I would like to add that Family Moving did not require a deposit and estimated the move accurately.

They showed up on time and were professional. The men worked very hard and took the time and care to make sure everything was exactly were we wanted it. Esimate was on target and we were extremely happy with the work. Highly recommended!

All family moving did a great job. My job was small. They helped pick up furniture and move existing furniture in my home. I called the number and the owner called me back. I got an estimate and the job was scheduled. 3 men showed up on time and they were very nice guys that were easy to work with. I had about 10 very heavy, very large pieces of furniture and they were very strong, experienced and capable. The job was completed and nothing was damaged. They made sure I was satisfied with their work and everything I needed done.They did an excellent job! I feel confident recommending them.

Kevin and his entourage were awesome, they were professional and friendly. The best moving company in town!

At first we were doubtful as Kevin did not return my husband's calls in a timely manner but he had told my husband that he would have to do some shifting of the schedule to get us on board. He called with a Tuesday morning date and we took it. Overall, the experience went very smoothly and very low stress. The three men that arrived worked quickly, efficiently and were all very, very polite and professional. They complied with every request we made. I had glass curios, tables and mirrors and they all arrived without a scratch. They also cracked silly jokes and had us in stitches the whole time. Overall, I would definately recommend this moving company to anyone who is looking for a pleasant moving experience.
