 + -1 moreThis is the worst company that I have ever dealt with. If you use them beware of their tactics. Make sure you ask them for an estimate to fix your unit or you will get a new one for thousands more than you need to spend. If theygo into your attic, please look at your entry areas before and after they leave. I advise you to have another companycheck out their work if you have suspicions.
Description of Work: I recently purchased a new air conditioner for my home from Air Around the Clock for a cost of $3900. Instead of replacing the broken air conditioner, Air Around the Clock replaced an air conditioner that was working air conditioner with one that did not work due to an faulty installation. To make matters worse, their team urinated all over my wife's toilet, did not flush, left trash in the bathroom and attic, and scuffed up the attic door so bad I had to call in a painter for an additional $300. I spoke with the owner, Eric, about the situation and he said that he would give me a year of free service. NO THANKS, I would not let his employees back in my house if he paid me. Since, the problem, his team came back to re-install the new air conditioner that did not work. Another poor result, I had to employ another company to re-install their correction because water was accumulating beneath the air conditioner because ofyet another one of their mistakes.

 + -1 moreAir Around the Clock is reasonable and I had my new air conditioner installed by them. They're always on time.
Description of Work: I have a contract with Air Around the Clock and they come out two times a year. They just check out the air conditioner like the pressure and the compressor and all of that to make sure that it's working good and they change the filter each time they come too.

 + -1 moreI've use them for a number of years. They are usually on time and they've done a number of jobs for me. They have replaced air compressors for me and an air handler in the past. Most recently, the air compressor they installed has been very noisy and has been banging. There has been no resolution with repairing or replacing the compressor. I can't even leave the air conditioner on when I go away because of the violent start-up of the unit.

 + -1 moreI have an annual maintenance agreement with this company. This company did great work. My electric bill has gone down since the tune up. I also have not had any issues with the air conditioner. I highly recommend this company.

 + -1 moreThey came out when they said they were going to come out. The tech was on time, courteous and they checked things out for me. One night, I woke up hot and put in an online request at 2 am. They called right away the next morning and sent someone out right away to fix the issue.
